I am glad of the land not proud of it - an answer to the Flag Wars.

I am glad of the land not proud of it: for from the land, from the most basic of bacteria and single celled organisms we have emerged. I am absolutely horrified at the exploitation of land and people that is the very core of European National Powers, these abject flag waving, patriarchal, misogynistic xenophobia curating wealth-as-power cults. If we nurtured the land and the seas, the air and the waterways and they were returned to optimal health, then I would be proud of our collective efforts to make it so, because that would be a fitting thing to bequeath to future generations....

In my tiny mind and heart, those who claim to be proud of their accident of birth identity and who wave its flags as an act of intimidation masked as loyalty are have been groomed by some dark State propaganda, they have become weaponised, some dangerously so.

The mangled corpse of a combat fatality, wrapped in a flag to disguise the horrific abuse of power that brought that person to such an ignoble and disgusting end, is not something to be proud of, it is not a worthy 'sacrifice', it is a crime scene.

Sir K Starmer knows exactly what he is doing and who and what he is serving, and it is not the English people.~

It did not cede any of its 'ownership' and control of the raw materials and human assets it was controlling across the former colonies. It is best described as the Anglophone Mining and Oil Industrial Complex.

It murdered every political leader of every former colony who dared to take control of their respective countries assets. Mossadegh in Iran is just one well studied incident. There were many.

Sir K. Starmer knows exactly why he is leading a Government that is actively participating in the Genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, as did Sunak before him, as did very British Prime Minister since 1915.

They refuse to allow any former colonies and countries they dominate to develop independently.

France is the same - Burkina Faso reveals this.

The only way to stop the British Wealth-as-Power (which is the driving force behind Zionist Colonial Expansion) from moving forwards, is for the English people to elect a parliament with a majority of men and women who will uphold and enforce international law, without fear or favour.

Labour is not the vehicle for that. Reform is not in a position to form the next Government, so it is not the threat is is being made out to be. It is a paper tiger riddled with incompetence and bigotry. Labour loyalists in their myopia screeched 'keep the tories out' (they were already well on their way out) and this placed Starmer and Zionism at the helm of Parliament. Now they scream 'keep reform out' in order to maintain Zionism at the helm of Parliament. This is abject.

Labour MPs who remain loyal to the Labour Party must now be told by their constituents, in clear and unambiguous language, that if they remain loyal to the party they are 100% culpable for activity ancillary to the commission of Genocide and that they WILL be held accountable, sooner or later.

Flag War Culture War

The Flag War under way is an attempt to foment a sense of civil strife within the UK, by egging on the always present racist, street thug, petty criminal and organised criminal underground to go over ground.

Their parents have been groomed to weaponise their own children into celebratory xenophobia. Hatred.

The children's caps say 'remigration'.

Who do we hold accountable for this?

The objective is not to start civil war, it is to input disruptive rhetoric into the public political discourse, and it is also to intimidate the middle class in case they awaken to their responsibility to stand in solidarity with the impoverished, the working poor, the disabled and every other vulnerable group, including immigrants and stand together to hold the English Ruling Class to account through the full implementation of national and international law.

Most of the adults in these Flag protests are property owners, or petty landlords. They are not the working poor.

Policing is compromised. They follow illegal orders. The proscribing of Palestine Action goes against the Geneva Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide. The problems of policing cannot be addressed unless we have decent people in a majority, as our legislators, in the House of Commons.

The House of Lords is a serious problem.

The threat accountability presents to the Ruling Class is perceived as being existential, because it is. And they are also an existential threat to all our children’s futures. So who will you stand with? Will you stand for your children and their futures?

That is the question, the fulcrum. Who do you really love, respect and care for?

The Crown or your children, and your neighbour's children?

Justice and Accountability for Genocide will necessarily remove the existing hierarchy from power, it will reduce the wealth of the billionaires enabling genocide and it will set the pathway for global co-operation. There is no doubt about this now.

And the only people who can initiate this are the UK’s and US and EU Adult Civilian Population. We are the ones who must rein in our depraved, cruel and vicious Ruling Class.

Make Humanity Proud Again.

As an introduction to this item, a short TikTok on the courage of the Al Jazeera reporter Anas Al-Sharif, recently slaughtered in his tent, trying to catch up on some sleep, among with four of his colleagues.

This blog essay refers back to piece of polemic about Bono and his 'charidee' efforts which was written in 2009... and I decided to update it after U2 released statements on The genocide that fell far short of being honest and viable.

Bono and Label Red, a 'well meaning' scam?

Back in 2009 I had been doing a lot of reading on the American Express and Bono founded Label Red campaign.

Label red was founded in 2006. The idea was that 1% of sales of goods using the Label Red marker would go to AIDS charities working in Africa. Young people were exercised on the issue of African impoverishment. Companies were seeking young people as evolving consumers....

In 2008 American Express joined the campaign, issuing new car scheme targeting younger consumers. The business objective of their campaign was to enrol a million new young customers, hopefully as life long users of the service.

What I found as I read more and more was quite disturbing, yet not at all surprising. More about that below.

Celebrity is a weapon of Wealth-as-Power.

Seeing pop stars who are incredibly wealthy stand next to political leaders who cause great harm makes sense.

Celebrities are not really real people - they are performance theatre, actors performing for the purpose of extracting wealth, and when they join the Wealth-as-Power Class they enter the class war, because they stay silent on the causes of impoverishment, warfare, racism, misogyny that emanate from the process of Wealth-as-Power extraction of wealth from exploited populations.

Update to 2025...

Bono and the Band U2 release public statements on The Genocide, having supported Israel and America all the way these past two years and more... their statements protect Israel, lay all the blame on Netanyahu and Hamas, evade confronting USUK and EU Governments directly, they silence the voices of Palestinians by exclusion of any mention of their voices and they amplify the bands public hand wringing escapism. Bono accepted a medal from Biden, in the midst of the Genocide - he should have rejected it publicly, if he really was going to support the Palestinian people as a public voice.

Here is just one example of the kind of false, bland, unexamined narrative Bono deploys in his 'opinion piece'. clearly he has made no effort any all to understand the details of the complexity and see what is it that complicates the Western response - what complicates the Western response is that Israel is a British Empire Weapon, since 1915 and the first insertion of European Jewish refugees...

Bono is an Honoury Knight Commander of the British Empire. Bono's words ring hollow, masked propaganda most of his fans ought to see right through.

"Yahya Sinwar didn’t mind if he lost the battle or even the war if he could destroy Israel as a moral as well as an economic force. Over the next months as Israel’s revenge for the Hamas attack appeared more and more disproportionate and disinterested in the equally innocent civilian lives in Gaza… I felt as nauseous as everyone, but reminded myself Hamas had deliberately positioned themselves under civilian targets, having tunneled their way from school to mosque to hospital."

1. Bono has no idea what Yahya Sinwar 'minded'. Furthermore Sinwar was a representative of a larger body of people than himself, and was quite clearly not driven by self interests of any kind. His last moments demonstrated the courage that the 1916 Rising fighters, including who were executed by British Military order in 1916. Yahya Sinwar's writings and public utterances, which no doubt Bono has not pored over with any great interest, and his actions throughout his life, all of which are quite well documented, support that contention. A philosophy of courage, resistance and service to his people. Bono's sentence implies Sinwar was casual about all of this. As if he could't care less. Bono's self serving attitude leaks out.

2. The 'disproportionate' quality of the Israeli response was obvious within the first month of the Military assault. Israeli leaders had already publicly committed to a genocidal war, with leading politicians in the cabinet declaring their intent and espousing their view of Palestinians in Gaza (and the West Bank) as 'human animals'. A registry of comments by leading Israeli legislators that are quite blatantly genocidal exists and can be verified. This is not a compilation of anti-Israel propaganda. It is the self incriminations of the Israeli political leadership supported by 90% of the Israeli population.

3. "I felt as nauseous as everyone" awe, didums... Bono remained silent, as we who protested immediately, aware of what was being done, were turning sleepless nights, nursing broken hearts, trying to calm our outraged minds, witnessing horrors on our media streams we did not know were possible. Our hopes dashed repeatedly as the West refused to act according to international law. And what we were experiencing was a luxury compared to what the people of Gaza and West Bank and the Palestinian diaspora were living through. Bono's claim that the complexity of the situation barred him from public commentary is banal, effete and ludicrous. His claim to being emotional afflicted is gaslighting.

There was no sign of nausea as he accepted an award from Biden, who was participating in the Genocide.

4. There is no reliable evidence anywhere what Hamas military wing deliberately placed themselves behind, within or under civilian infrastructure. Bono was not reminding himself of anything other than his acceptance at face value of Israeli lies, as if they were the honest truth, so cross my heart... Yes, there were tunnels, no there is not one shred of evidence of them linking civilian or religious infrastructure to evade Israeli surveillance and its bunker busting bombs, or of using civilians as shields.

I could go on. If I am wrong here, please point it out in the comments.

Marina continues to explore this fantastic fantasy escapist world ... I think she doesn't go far enough. Like George Monbiot, she holds back the full fury of common-sense empathy and outrage.

Nonetheless, 'It' has to be said. And both are saying it with some subtlety.

The hubris of these immensely rich people, often from long lines of generations of wealth, has become, for the majority of people, an almost pathological issue, in that it is an attitude that informs many of the practices which we know are harming rather than assisting life, geared towards gathering and hoarding 'resources' and wealth, and often with great violence, and these super rich people know this, and they continue nonetheless, sitting on charitable boards, with all that is going on around the world, driven by their pride in their immense wealth and paranoia about their 'strategic interests'.

I have re-written the song 'streets with no name' as 'thieves with no shame', as a parody. I don't sing the song, as I find the melody irksome. I do sing 'I don't like geldof' and parody of 'I don't like Mondays'..... Goldloaf at least wrote some catchy tunes...

Both have done more harm than good.

Ask the lovley people, voluteers all, who facilitated The Spike community centre evicted by Southwark Council from their home in Peckham! A home the Council are selling to property developers, handing it over to the private sector for profit.... wealth is transferred, from poor to rich yet again, another drop in the constant flow.

One the one hand the rich have charidees, and on the other hand their ideology keeps shutting these grass roots initiatives down.....!

Why I cannot vote for Labour as a party. Why I vote for Peace, never for War.

I cannot vote for a party directed by Keir Starmer, any more than I could vote for a Labour Party directed by Tony Blair after Sierre Leone, Afghanistan and Iraq 2003.

It is unacceptable that international war criminals are not held to account.

It is morbidly unjust that we live, badly ruled by international war criminals.

The situation.

The Labour Party Executive and the Labour Party Bureaucracy seeking Power in the UK in the next few days are collectively complicit in the following.

There is no legal doubt to this assertion. Starmer has form. Dating before he entered Parliament. Tzipi Livni

As Directer of Public Prosecutions, he blocked a warrant being served on a War Criminal, October 2011.

This is entirely illegal - the British Government was then, and remains today duty bound by ratified international treaty Law to serve and implement a warrant issued by the ICC if the person referred to in the warrant is on British land and such a warrant can be presented in person.

His comments and public statements, his positions and papers issued since October 7th, maintain that bias.

Protect Israeli officials from accountability, protect the Zionist project.

Self Defence!

The geen-ocyde in Gaza is fully operational at this point, as I type there are constant military assaults upon encampments, the remaining standing buildings, plus battles with Hamas Resistance Fighters.

Both armed entities are set amongst nearly two million utterly exhausted, starving, terrified, terrorised, traumatised, wounded, maimed, shell shocked men, women, children, babies, elders.

Medical services almost entirely degraded, in many places operations without anaesthesia, lack of medicines, there are no schools, no universities, its all gone.

In many places there is no sanitation, no running water, food is always dwindling.

And every day bullets, bombs, quad copter drones with machine guns, artillery and air strikes.

Multiple slaughters, frequent detentions, prison camps within Israel now hold 10,000 Palestinian men, women and children.

Estimates by external expert groups of deaths run into the hundreds of thousands, Gaza had 36 hospitals, which recorded deaths now there are less than a handful. Many thousands lie rotting under rubble, or bulldozed by the Israeli Military into the ground, covered up roughly.

Intolerable horrors, second by second, minute to minute, hour by hour, day after day, week after week, month after month, for 8 months, with no end in sight.

All of this operationalised as cruelly as possible. Every few days more living witness testimony from the detained and from within the Israeli system, as some detained are released.

Industrialised cruelty. People, persons who go home to a home cooked meal, watch screen with kids, goes to sleep, gets up, goes out and does it all again next day, weathers hot, works is good - the workers, they are getting paid to do this to other captive victimised persons: perks of the job - uniforms, canteen, training, shift work, overtime, holidays, sick leave and bonuses - Job Description : to torment an ordinary human who is personally innocent, just born to that situation by however that happens.
This is insane.

What is this?

This is the same old Colonial Conquest, Occupation, Clearance of the native population, Settlement, extirpation of the native culture, polity, land tenure and habitation process, We know it. It must be stopped.

So say Sir Keir Starmer, beloved of Tony Blair, Peace Envoy to The Middle East, another candidate for The Hague.

The problem.

Unless we reject every Labour candidate who supports Israel in this horrific atrocity and only allow proven pro-peace candidates, we are erring on the side of a lessor evil that is an illusion. It is not a lessor evil.

Nurture Culture.

I hope we can see the last generation to ever see, hear or sense warfare rampaging across their homes, and having to flee in terror, people murdered all around.

I hope as more people access each other and the vast library of what we know, what is reliably true and talk with each other about what they have found and what it implies, I think the decency of the vast majority will prevail.

It may well take a while, it will likely be a bumpy ride, though hopefully not too bumpy. It will not be easy, It can be done..

A million and more well paid jobs

A million and more well paid jobs in a Green Sustainability drive where all workers involved would be guaranteed permanent, well-paid, trade union protected jobs in work that reduces emissions, repairs land, protects communities.

It would also guarantee that workers in the old high-carbon sector are retrained with the new skills and knowledge that will be required. There's no need to make anyone unemployed, quite the opposite. We need all hands on deck!

We must not underestimate this challenge.

Peace is more than the absence of war.

The jobs are guaranteed, but ensuring the education and training programmes are in place for that huge workforce must be a significant part of the plan.

A further advantage would be that, just as the NHS provides socially useful work that many take pride being involved in, so will the National Climate Service.

It would provide socially useful work that we could take pride in as we decarbonise the economy, address the climate crisis and create a better, safer world for future generations.

Public ownership

Alongside the creation of a National Climate Service, it is clear that public ownership of key sectors of the economy is needed in order to make the rapid changes the crisis demands. The market has failed to deliver over many years. In sectors such as transport and renewable energy, which are key to cutting emissions, market failure results from corporations’ competition for investment and profit rather than co-ordinating and planning work that can have an impact on the climate.

In rail, for example, competition for lucrative franchises has undermined investment in the green infrastructure we need.

In the case of renewable energy, instead of investing in a publicly-owned renewable energy sector, government grants have ended up with private companies.

This had not led to the rapid scaling up of this sector or to an expansion of jobs. Direct government investment in a publicly-owned energy system could ensure that a renewable energy industry is established in the UK providing many jobs.

Public ownership is vital to transforming our

economy in response to the climate crisis. In this report, we have called for public ownership of the energy sector and the grid, of transport, of the plan to retrofit our homes and buildings and, within industry, public ownership of the steel industry and other key sectors.

Peace is more than the absence of war.

The Iron Wall - in 1923 leading Zionist Ze'ev Jabotinsky wrote about the impossibility of a Two State Solution, because he understood the nature of colonialism.

February 2025, the Israeli Military Operation against the West Bank Palestinians

is named 'Operation Iron Wall'.

The Iron Wall is an essay written by Ze'ev Jabotinsky in 1923. It was originally published in Russian, as he was born in Russia as Vladimir Yevgenyevich Zhabotinsky and wrote for the Russian press.^[1]

Written in 1923, by Ze'ev Jacobintsky, in the same year as The Beer Hall Putsch, also known as the Munich Putsch, which was a failed coup d'état by Nazi Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or NSDAP) leader Adolf Hitler, Generalquartiermeister Erich Ludendorff and other Kampfbund leaders in Munich, Bavaria, on 8–9 November 1923, during the Weimar Republic.

He wrote the essay after the British Colonial Secretary Winston Churchill prohibited Zionist settlement on the east bank of the Jordan River, and formed the Zionist Revisionist party after writing it.^[2]

Jabotinsky argued that the Palestinian Arabs would not agree to a Jewish majority in Palestine, and that "Zionist colonisation must either stop, or else proceed regardless of the native population. Which means that it can proceed and develop only under the protection of a power that is independent of the native population – behind an iron wall, which the native population cannot breach."^[1] The only solution to achieve peace and a Jewish state in the Land of Israel, he argued, would be for Jews to first establish a strong Jewish state, which would eventually prompt the Arabs to "drop their extremist leaders, whose watchword is ‘never!’ and pass the leadership to the moderate groups, who will approach us with a proposal that we should both agree to mutual concessions."

A week following the publication of this essay, Jabotinsky followed with "The Ethics of the Iron Wall," in which he argued that morality comes before everything else, and that Zionism is "moral and just," since it subscribes to "national self-determination" as a "sacred principle," which Arabs may also enjoy

Agreement with Arabs Impossible at present

Zionism Must Go Forward

"It is an excellent rule to begin an article with the most important point. But this time, I find it necessary to begin with an introduction, and, moreover, with a personal introduction.

I am reputed to be an enemy of the Arabs, who wants to have them ejected from Palestine, and so forth. It is not true.

Emotionally, my attitude to the Arabs is the same as to all other nations – polite indifference.

Politically, my attitude is determined by two principles.

First of all, I consider it utterly impossible to eject the Arabs from Palestine. There will always be two nations in Palestine – which is good enough for me, provided the Jews become the majority.

And secondly, I belong to the group that once drew up the Helsingfors Programme, the programme of national rights for all nationalities living in the same State.

In drawing up that programme, we had in mind not only the Jews , but all nations everywhere, and its basis is equality of rights.

I am prepared to take an oath binding ourselves and our descendants that we shall never do anything contrary to the principle of equal rights, and that we shall never try to eject anyone.

This seems to me a fairly peaceful credo.

But it is quite another question whether it is always possible to realise a peaceful aim by peaceful means.

For the answer to this question does not depend on our attitude to the Arabs; but entirely on the attitude of the Arabs to us and to Zionism."

In this last paragraph in this section Jacobintsky lays all the responsibility for any difficulties the Zionists might face squarely upon the Palestinian people and their resistance to being colonised. The Zionists are innocent.

He then states the following.

Voluntary Agreement Not Possible

"Voluntary Agreement Not Possible.

There can be no voluntary agreement between ourselves and the Palestine Arabs.

Not now, nor in the prospective future. I say this with such conviction, not because I want to hurt the moderate Zionists.

I do not believe that they will be hurt. Except for those who were born blind, they realised long ago that it is utterly impossible to obtain the voluntary consent of the Palestine Arabs for converting "Palestine" from an Arab country into a country with a Jewish majority.

My readers have a general idea of the history of colonisation in other countries.

I suggest that they consider all the precedents with which they are acquainted, and see whether there is one solitary instance of any colonisation being carried on with the consent of the native population. There is no such precedent.

The native populations, civilised or uncivilised, have always stubbornly resisted the colonists, irrespective of whether they were civilised or savage."

Jabotinsky admits that Colonialism always generates a fierce resistance amongst the people who lands are to colonised. We all know that Colonialism is inherently an evil process, a cruel and bloody one.

As he processes into this essay he makes it quite clear what the true stance of Zionism is, all the time seeking to absolve the Zionist project of any culpability.

The phrase 'the most moral army in the world' is drawn from this essay. Read on to see it’s roots, and the soil in which that false flag is planted.

The Iron Wall

Zionism Moral and Just

The lack of detailed understanding of the history, the genesis of the so-called Israel -Palestine 'conflict' amongst the voters of the Western Christian Colonial States is another nail.

The hammer is the collective Euro-Centric commercial interests, operating under the false flag of race superiority. Blair's odious 'clash of civilisations' articulated this in blatant terms, albeit misunderstood by Western audiences, as intended.

Our task as a democratic peace loving population is to ensure our Governments do not facilitate the hammer, that the nails already hammered in are removed, gently and with care, such that the Zionists (and all colonialists and Neo-colonialists) are isolated from our collective legislatures where they wield undue influence and that they are eventually placed where they cannot harm the Palestinian people or any other people, for that matter.
