Due Diligence and Political Grooming Gangsters - just say no!

How can wealth persuade poverty to use its political power to keep wealth in power? Here lies the whole art of Conservative politics in the twentieth century.” ~ Aneurin Bevan

"The grooming (gaslighting) of human vulnerability is one of most vile things any human being can do to another."

So called 'activists' or writers or pundits who do not follow due diligence on material they generate or re-post on social and press media are being exploited by professional grooming gangsters.

Re-posting on Social Media.

Have you checked and verified , or did the text trigger an emotional reaction that led you to re-post it.

The latter is you being groomed.

What is grooming in this context?

Organised, well funded operations that  target and manipulate peoples social wounded-nesses, insecurities, prejudices, worries, misunderstandings, cultural conditionings and fears, and do that through public and private media media, through marketing, propaganda, media campaigns operating on an industrial scale,  manipulating vulnerable people for ideological, religious, political or economic advantage.

David Icke is a grooming gangster, an independent grooming gangster.

Nigel Farage is a grooming gangster.

Boris 'the tackler' Johnson is a grooming gangster.

The Telegraph is a grooming gang, a Corporate Plutocracy Grooming Gang.

Fox News is a grooming operation.

Trump and Johnson are grooming gangsters.

The Vatican is a grooming gang, a religious Mafia. They all are.

God's representatives needs your money? Grooming!

Heaven and Hell? Grooming!

Karma? Grooming!
.
The Church of England, The Crown and The Queen are all part of a grooming gangster mafia.

Justin Beiber, a grooming exercise.

The X-Factor, a grooming exercise.

XR is a grooming exercise. It might not want to be, but it is. Leaders, emotive messaging, false premise for action (3.5% enough to drive change is ludicrous and delusional).

Grooming and marketing, selling your brand, making a profit without paying all the costs associated with what ever it is you do is grooming gangster activity.

If the grooming gangsters are willing to destroy whole states, if they are willing to murder citizens through warfare, if they are willing to allow millions to die to achieve Hoard Immunity for their wealth and power, then you, as a citizen needs to wake the fuck up!

Waking up is becoming wholly honest, transparent, vulnerable and unwilling to accept a moment of deceit as we move forwards through this horror show. Waking up is exercising the mind and body to become fit enough to confront the reality and sustain our efforts.

Waking up is taking on the responsibility of healthy, transparent, loving and secure attachment bonded parenting as the most important revolutionary act of all. Especially if you have no children of your own...

We are all parents of all the children, their future is our collective responsibility.

Waking up is an act of self and communal liberation from the delusion of Libertarianism.

Waking up is coming home.

"Do what you love, it's Your Gift to Universe"

Thank you for reading this blog. All we need to do is be really honest, responsive to the evidence we find, and ready to reassess when new evidence emerges. The rest is easy.

Take a Moment, Ownership, Misogyny and Climate Change.

It is often stated that the problems we facing are "everything to do with land distribution/equality, wealth distribution/equality, resource distribution/equality, and the lack of.."
Hmmmm..  fairer wealth distribution….? seems so far away, so bright!

Even if we have equitable distribution of wealth, power, land and technology would that culture leave the aboriginal peoples living on undeveloped lands to sustain their ancient tenure?
Wealth itself is problematic. It's an institutional concept:

The Moment
by
Margaret Atwood
The moment when, after many years
of hard work and a long voyage
you stand in the centre of your room,
house, half-acre, square mile, island, country,
knowing at last how you got there,
and say, I own this,
is the same moment when the trees unloose
their soft arms from around you,
the birds take back their language,
the cliffs fissure and collapse,
the air moves back from you like a wave
and you can't breathe.
No, they whisper. You own nothing.
You were a visitor, time after time
climbing the hill, planting the flag, proclaiming.
We never belonged to you.

You never found us.
It was always the other way round"

Margaret Atwood - 'The Moment'

Is wealth a healthy concept, when it results, in material terms in the degrading of the environmental abundance that is so freely available, easily nurtured.
What is healthy behaviour for the biological human social species?
Freedom
Try explaining all that stuff about freedom, and gender roles, to healthy egalitarian pre-conquest cultures, and they'd think you desperately ill in your soul.
For egalitarian healthy adults, freedom is not a concept they play with. There's no need. They are born and live free, because they eschew power play. Egalitarian.
If we today are are talking about freedom, it is because we live in a social dynamic where the urge to control, to dominate, is common place, overt and covert. Misogyny is a fine example of how liberals and intelligentia keep missing the root.
It has nothing to do with gender, even as it presents if it were.
It has everything to do with 'property' - that one can do as one wishes to one's own property (without consideration of the environmental outcomes of what ever action is taken) because ownership is entitlement to control. Religions claim ownership by virtue of their God. Kingdoms, by Divine Right, by virtue of their violence and business acumen. Blessed by God. Misogyny is a fallacy built to enable the owning/bullying of women, and their children, as part of a system of hierarchies of power and violence. Not because they were/are women or children, but because they were/are viewed as property. The possessive relationship, that needs contractual guarantees.
Ownership.
Margaret Atwoods poem' The Moment' speaks to me of a sense or a context of masculinity and femininity that is ecologically deeper, more fundamental to the health of our species than those on offer within the dominating psyche, or those offered up in dissenting reaction to that dominating psyche.
Nature nurtures, and that is all nature does.
So yeah, freedom from the self-limiting desire to frame freedom from within a prison, to gain better freedoms, within that prison.
Experience.
As soon as one enters into the 'owning' psyche, one closes the doors of perception, the sensitivities that that enable one to connect fully as a part of the world, totally connected to the environment within which one lives.
The idea of that 'withdrawal' by Nature, Gaia, Mother Earth is an echo of the wrath of God, which is a belief, and a scientific and logical fallacy.
Nature nurtures, and that is all nature does. Earth is also a dynamic environment, constantly changing at every level, in vastly differening time frames, and all emergent organisms are designed to respond to those changes in ways that support the biological health of both species and environment. Not worrying about freedom leaves one open to that. Being oppressed pushes that into the background. And it is always there. It just takes a moment to re-connect.
So yeah, freedom from the self-limiting desire to frame freedom from within a prison, to gain better freedoms, within that prison.

"Do what you love, it's Your Gift to Universe"

Thank you for reading this blog. All we need to do is be really honest, responsive to the evidence we find, and ready to reassess when new evidence emerges. The rest is easy.

Simple, Complex, Complicated : Love, Relationships, Power

Universe is simple.

At the largest and smallest scale available to human conceptualisation as it stands. Simple.

This is what the best Physicists are telling us from their research into the scales of the material universe beyond normal human sensory capability.

The same simple sets of equations can be used to describe Universe, in minute and in macro detail.

Things in the mid range are complex. This, they also say, is what the data they are gathering is telling them.

Simplicity is not primitive.

It is intelligence.

Intelligence is complex.

Academic rankings are complicated.

Things get complicated when...

,,, anyone has an agenda, regarding a population of people, because when presented with reliable evidence that counters the assumptions of that agenda or it's goals, that evidence will be dismissed, omitted, outlawed.

Biology is not complicated.

Our best scientists are showing this to be the case.

Complex, rather than complicated.

International relations are complicated.

East Enders drama's are complicated.

So many crutches. So much that us unspoken, unsaid, denied.

Explaining away the causes of chronic post traumatic stress by referring only to the symptoms presented, and deliberately ignoring the situational, enviro-social aspects of a diagnosis and prognosis towards a healing... is criminal.

And it's complicated. I I think the response to that has to be simple, and from that the complexity required to deal with the problem of political power and abuse of power will emerge, is emergng.

I think it's less evolution, as a biological process, as it is healing, a recovery process.

We are quite well evolved for loving, aware lives. It's mostly what we have done, within the biological optimal. Homo Sapiens. Primate. Healthy Biological organism. Behaviourally and physiologically.

We live under institutionalised bully systems that are hierarchically violent.

This afflicts us all.

This chronic stress is ubiquitous across our current social governance systems, and It's presence, it's dominance over our lives alters all our bio-markers for optimal biological human health as a species.

These systems are recent 'inventions'.. they can be undone, just as difficult as they were to create, and they have been, intolerably difficult processes, nonetheless they can be undone.

They are not, and never have been, inevitable.

Over the years, much of the natural behaviour of children has been pathologised.

In order to mask the political and psychological realities of the adult social world, there has been a trend of reframing any behaviour of children that is deemed 'difficult', as a medicalised behavioural issue, a matter of medicine.

Bored to distraction becomes a ‘symptom’ of something ‘wrong’ with the child or the child’s bio-chemistry.

Which is quite useful in terms of how indoctrination forms the core of any enforced social cohesion.

The stress of being subjected to the rigours of indoctrination is chronic, and it manifests over time in subtle and not so subtle behaviours. People break because they are broken by something. The powerlessness of a misunderstood child is a deep well of pain and fear, confusion and anger. When that misunderstanding is institutionalised, all hell breaks loose.

Children in primary schools presenting with symptoms of chronic stress attributed to their schooling experience, matching a similar increase in symptoms among the frontline teaching staff.

The problem of bullying is ignored.

-

“The very notion of the domination of nature by man stems from the very real domination of human by human.”

Murray Bookchin.

I agree.

"Anyone who could look at humans and say that there's certain inevitability to some of the most unpalatable things we are doing, doesn't have a leg to stand on. "

Robert Zaposlky (on Joe Rogan show.)>>

Awesome show....

Cats, Virus's and Human behaviour

Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular, parasitic alveolate that causes the disease toxoplasmosis. Found worldwide, T. gondii is capable of infecting virtually all warm-blooded animals, but felids such as domestic cats are the only known definitive hosts in which the parasite can undergo sexual reproduction.

A an infected cat will birth many more Toxo spoor, transmitted in their poop.

One of Toxo's 'tricks' is to migrate, somehow, to the brain of something a cat would hunt and eat, a rodent, or a gazelle, and end up in a cats tummy. The trick is to disinhibit the rodents fear of felines. Which it does.

Zapolsky's point? Behaviour has many affectors, many elements to it's bases.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obmt_PkIfBE

But the larger point is this - there are many, many factors that come into play in terms of human behaviour, and of critical importance is the lived experience, the environment, more so than anything that is 'genetically' indicated.

Hierarchies of bullying are neither inevitable nor are they healthy.

Class is a symptom.
Imposed Hierarchy, aka Bullying, is the problem.

Suppressing the symptom does not guarantee a cure.

Brexit or Remain is meaningless.

If Brexit leads to the UK grass roots confronting the British Establishment and removing them from positions of power within our Democratic Institutions and transferring power and responsibility to the grass roots tax payers who fund Government, then it will have be something that fundamentally challenges the status quo of power and supports the people.
If it leads to War Crimes investigations and indictments for all those who helped promote and prosecute the War against Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan and Syria, it will be truly Historic.
If it leads to the closure of Off Shore Banking, if it leads to devolution of democratic power to an awakened and active, intelligent grass roots that roots out Right-wing and Left-wing Ideology and replaces both with evidence based policy making and transparency in all areas of Governance, then it will be something extraordinary.
If it leads to the exposure of the all the deliberate failures to investigate and prosecute institutional abuse of vulnerable children then it will be meaningful.
If on the other hand, it strengthens the Establishment ....
And at present I see no evidence at all that it (Brexit) will lead to the positive, nurturant outcomes I want to see, that so many wise, intelligent, caring and vulnerable people want to see and be part of..

None.

If Remaining in the EU leads to the UK grass roots confronting the British Establishment and removing them from positions of power within our Democratic Institutions and transferring power and responsibility to the grass roots tax payers who fund Government, then it will have be something that fundamentally challenges the status quo of power and supports the people.
If it leads to War Crimes investigations and indictments for all those who helped promote and prosecute the War against Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan and Syria, it will be truly Historic.

None.

The entire program is delusional and meaningless.

Either way.

The Power Inquiry on the other hand is deeply, profoundly meaningful. This link will go to a brief over view I wrote some time back.

But most will not have heard anything about the Power Inquiry.

It is worth noting that the things any power system does not promote, or prefers to minimise most often  tend to be those that undermine it's power.

Self-Governance by the people is one of those things.... voting is far removed from genuine democratic self-governance. That was the core theme of the Power Inquiry.

Self governance by a group of people, or a nation of people, means that the power to make policy decisions rests in those people, and is not devolved to a small executive - power is shared as an active, day to day social response ability and practice.

Read the Power Inquiry Report document for yourselves.

Decide for yourself based on the evidence presented in that report.

Before you go, here's a basic metric for Healthy Governance which I have written out. It's short, logical and concise.

Political Power Health and Safety Check required, immediately.

Milosovic

Blair

The Vatican

These three images are just a hint at the dynamic of how insitutional power is reflexively defensive of it's position and manages harms that are exposed in ways that ensure they remain in power. The individuals at the top have usually internalised that power, and identify with that rather than the people over whom they have that power.

Loss of empathy is inherent. Hubris is common. Arrogance is the norm.

Established Power needs to be submitted to a full health and safety check, by the people.

That is pure common sense logic. However, there is a problem….. we have a problem.

Institutions, power and honesty.

“School tends to be a dishonest as well as a nervous place. We adults are not often honest with children, least of all in school. We tell them, not what we think, but what we feel they ought to think; or what other people feel or tell us they ought to think.

The fact is that we (the adult world) do not feel an obligation to be truthful to children.

We are like managers and manipulators of news in Washington, Moscow, London, Peking and Paris and all the other capitals of the world.

We think it is our right and our duty, not to tell the truth but to say whatever will best serve our cause – in this case, the cause of making children grow up into the kind of people we want them to be, thinking whatever we want them to think.

We have only to convince ourselves (and we are very easily convinced) that a lie will be ‘better’ for the children than the truth, and we will lie. We don’t always need even that excuse; we often lie only for our own convenience.”

Written in 1964, by John Holt who had thousands of hours of observation of children in schools across America. He wrote a few superb books on children and learning, and energised the homeschooling/unschooling movement in the USA.

How much does this insight resonate today, in 2017, in the UK?

Institutions are power centres.

Schools are also power centres.

It’s where we learn how to behave within an institutionalised power hierarchy.

‘No child left behind.’

Power Centres will always reflexively seek to defend that Power. Those who hold high office will often internalise that value completely. To the exclusion of healthy common sense and empathy, to a psychologically unstable degree.

There are examples in every area of society – Religion: the Vatican and Pedophilia – Politics, War and indoctrination : HiIlsborough, Chilcott, Levenson I – Health and Safety : Amoco Cadiz, Bhopal, Flint Water Supply, Fracking. Can you begin to see the pattern of behaviours?

There are plenty of examples in schools where matters of abuse or negligence or bias have been hushed up.

There are plenty of schools where teachers have been ‘convinced’ to support the diagnosis of ADHD and the subsequent drugging of children as a class room management strategy, etc etc - (more than my job/income, food, shelter, family is worth to challenge this is understandable, the teacher is being bullied institutionally and knows not to irk the masters).

And, in all of this activity, in so many areas of civic and commercial insitutional culture we see minor officials, lower ranks coerced to comply with the instructions of the powerful, to defend the institution rather than acknowledge the harms and be exposed. Iraq.

This is an easily identified pattern, with a massive evidence base that is quite reliable.

Established Power will use its power to protect itself.

The People are not to challenge that.

We see the powerful hire the best and most expensive legal teams to oppose ordinary people with relatively little comparative power, where the battle is one of financial resources, with one side far wealthier than the other….

We see out of court settlements.  “It could take years, take the offer!”

We do not see the full evidence.

We do not see justice.

Fines.

No criminal indictments.

The powerful will defend their position of power at all costs.

That is why Public Inquiries have failed to deliver Justice.

Power Hierarchies impose pressure to perform downwards, upon all subordinates, and failure to follow instructions by higher ranking personnel leading to loss of job for the lower ranking personnel is one of those intentional pressures.

Even when an order or instruction is illegal, amoral, destructive, negligent or corrupt, that pressure remains a potent leverage in today’s public and private Institutions. Who wants to be a whistle blower? Who would brave that storm?

Cover ups and mitigations do happen, and never by accident.

Political, economic, ideological and religious power demands that the holder be a bully, and bullies are more attracted to power than those who are not bullies.

The bully who is driven by the institutional environment to be more effective becomes professionalised. Fully committed.

That degree of committment to gaining and holding power is a social problem, a root dysfunction, a foundational malady.

Only when power is taken up as a shared responsibility of the grass roots tax payers, the people who both fund and who work in Civil Society will we have a safe, honest social political system.

Those who hold too much power will not yield it willingly.

Teresa May is demonstrating that right now. She is for the bullies. She backs Trumps call for Air Strikes against Syria, whilst the nation reels from a horror the Government (New Labour, Tory and Lib-Dem) created in Grenfell Towers. Air Strikes against urban areas with social housing..........

What does that really mean?

I am also talking about the culture at the lowest ranks in the hierarchies of power.. how debilitating and threatening the presence of poverty and disdain is, how corrosive it is.

There are many people who will seek to defend their bias, internalise their opinion as fact, deny the evidence, mitigate the responsibility at all levels.

I am interested in the psychological experiential root, rather than then violence itself, and I want to understand how that afflicts us all, and how do we recover from that, to what degree is recovery possible in the current environment?

We here at the grass roots must work for our own recovery as part of the resolution.

We also have to organise and protect our civil society, administer our shared resources with wisdom and enhance the environment of our community.

We cannot wait for the Established Power to awaken, to come to it’s senses, to re-humanise, to recover.

We must get on with it.

If we do, and I think many of us are, and more are joining in every day, then perhaps it is more likely that Established Power can be submitted to a full health and safety check by the people.

Dave and Alice, TWAT or Peace? Through the looking glass.

It matters that this conversation is happening. ~

It's not an easy conversation.

It has to be evidence based, or it will go badly.

This is the core discipline required.

Opinion now, in this conversation, is truly dangerous.

Look it as a genuine health and safety issue, along with belief, faith, hope or ideology - none of these can be allowed to trump the evidence (no topical pun intended...) in seeking to resolve this situation.

It will not be resolved overnight.

It can be resolved.

It is not the Sun.

It is us.

David Smail.

David Smails take on ‘reality’ is closest to what I feel :

“Hardly any of the ‘symptoms’ of psychological distress may correctly be seen as medical matters.

The so-called psychiatric ‘disorders’ are nothing to do with faulty biology, nor indeed are they the outcome of individual moral weakness or other personal failing.

They are the creation of the social world in which we live, and that world is structured by power.
Social power may be defined as the means of obtaining security or advantage, and it will be exercised within any given society in a variety of forms: coercive (force), economic (money power) and ideological (the control of meaning).

Power is the dynamic which keeps the social world in motion.

It may be used for good or for ill.

One cannot hope to understand the phenomena of psychological distress, nor begin to think what can be done about them, without an analysis of how power is distributed and exercised within society.

Such an understanding is the focus of this web-site.”

Alice Miller.

Alice Miller wrote about how the institutional violence of the adult world afflicts all our children.

She traced the psychology of power through society, into human relationships, and how the influence of violent political power permeates society. Miller looked at the history of education in Europe, leading up to World War II, and examines the industrial powers influence on it to prepare each generation of children for participation in that violence, as workers or as fighters, as if it were something normal.

Something Patriotic.

Heroic.

Fighting for a Cause.

See where this is going?

FOR YOU OWN GOOD : The Roots of Violence in Child-Rearing.

Dip in.

https://www.alice-miller.com/…/the-roots-of-violence-are-n…/

She is not talking about individual parenting, (a common misconception of her intent) she looks at cultural parenting, which is often subject to belief, faith, religion, ideology or mere opinion rather than the evidence about, and of children themselves.

She explores how repeated war trauma fosters socialised violence when entire populations are subjected to violence, over time, to the extent that that history is seen as glorious.

Internalisation. Very much part of radicalisation.

A very strong book, a disciplined read required.

Some Steps Towards an End to TWAT And a Start to Peace. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

*This is of course an incomplete list, with only the briefest of pitches, and very little supporting, referenced documentation to substantiate the points raised.

It’s more to a thought smorgsabord on the issue of TWAT And Peace.

Here goes :

Actions that Western and all Governments can take that might lend towards a long term peace.

-caveat : there's more that I don't know than I do about all of this. A lot more. This analysis is not to be relied upon. In any way, shape or form. It is a list to things I think could alter the situation in useful ways......

1. Acknowledge the War Crime of Iraq and Afghanistan which is the responsibility of the US /UK Coalition of States that invaded and occupied both countries.

2. Arrest the War Criminals.
3. Full public accounting. Convictions.
4. Formal economic, political and cultural sanctions regime against Saudi Arabia, and it’s Wahhabist intervention in Government.
5. Cease all support for Saudi military, including ban on weapons sales. A total ban.
6. Cease all military operations against the Syrian Government. Immediately.
6.a Destroy all DAESH supply lines. No exception. Ensure no funding, arms, munitions, food, oil, petrol, diesel, medicine gets through to their fighting units. If States are involved, then they must be dealt with. International effort in good faith and honour.
7. Allow the Syrian State and people to confront DAESH in Syria, and with respect to language groups and ethnicities, enable autonomy for those as part of the political resolution of other matters. Allow the Syrian State to invite chosen allies to assist with this operation.
8. Abandon the US-UK-Russia-China competing powers behaviour which is the active dynamic in international relations. That behaviour is toxic, irrational and utterly cruel.
9. Excise all incitements to violence from all recognised Religious Texts. These are in breach of Human Rights, and cannot be countenanced.
10. Total separation of Religion and Government, and Legislation. World wide. Governance MUST be evidence based, rather than belief, faith, sectional interest or mere opinion
11. Close down Saudi funded Wahhabist Maddrassa systems, total removal. World wide. Such systems are institutionalised child abuse. No negotiation. Full records of all students to be provided.
12. Demand Saudi excise all incitement to or justification of violence from Wahhabist Texts and Teachings, and remove corporal punishment from the Saudi penal code, as an olive branch, or a carrot, a way to avoid actions 4., 5,
13. Ban Saudi Oil. Last resort.
14. Stand down all international military alliances in favour of a United Nations based resource, resourced from those competing military alliances. The UN treaties provide for a military force that maintains peace, enforces sanctions as a policing action, supporting a diplomatic, political, economic and cultural conflict resolution drive, which must, of course, be equally well resourced.
15. Detain all known participants in militia in their home countries. Process these the weed out those who are reliably dangerous, prosecute those for crimes committed and incarcerate them for Health and Safety reasons.
16. Tear apart the media cabal, and liberate the press, to articulate solid critical analysis of matters of Governance, based on evidence rather than alignments with belief, faith, ideology, bias, opinion.
17. Arrest Murdoch. Close down all media that spin, that present opinion as information, that are aligned with any political party, that are lobby tools for power interests.
18. Public Parenting information must be based on evidence rather than alignments with belief, faith, ideology, bias, opinion. Parents must be legally made to comply with the child’s Human Rights in full. Parents do not have any right to tell their child what to think. Ever.
19. Rebuilding, reparations. We must devote the resources we have to help rebuild what has been destroyed, and restore people and society to a healthy sustainable state.
20. We must also build Systems of Deliberative Democracy, rather than representative Democracy, which is obviously a failed experiment. Power as a shared responsibility.
21. Rekindle old language groups and environmental ethnicity’s, the thriving variation of healthy human culture.
22. In all, evidence based action must be the standard. All evidence must be appraised, no piece omitted, neglected, dismissed, mitigated or denied.
23. End Competing States/Warring States as an accepted political dynamic.
24, Decriminalise mind altering plants and their usage as sacred tools, and medicine.
25. Pay close attention to the Australian Aboriginals people, for they have a well of lived experience for which there is no other comparable population, listen to them and hear their message.

They are the polar opposites of the Jidhadist/Competing Industrial Powers insanity.

They truly know how to live on Earth as fully human beings in sustainable cultures. : TWAT = The War Against Terror.

They have survived an attempted Genocide, and are here today, offering wisdom, love, nurture and peace to the culture that tried to wipe them out.

It doesn't get any tougher, in terms of diplomacy and negotiation than that. If they can, anyone can.

Yes, it's not going to be easy.

Who to Vote for in a Warring State?

"The fact is that we (the adult world) do not feel an obligation to be truthful to children. We are like managers and manipulators of news in Washington, Moscow, London, Peking and Paris and all the other capitals of the world". ~ John Holt

Peace is more than the absence of War
Who to vote for?

John Holt, a world renowned educator and author, makes a pertinent observation of the power dynamic of Schools in the 1950s, 60s and 70s.

-  1964, from a talk by John Holt who carried out thousands of hours of acute observation of children in schools across America.

How much does this still resonate, in 2017, in the UK?

I think the public and official discourse around War (and much else besides) as it exists in the UK 2017  General Election - or any national election, and even each bye-elections - for Parliament reminds me somewhat of this “dishonest and nervous place.”

Who to vote for in a warring State?

One way of placing the election in context, I would suggest. For any democratic election, any time, anywhere when States wage war as a 'last resort'  tool of 'foreign policy'.

Rather focus’s the mind, don’t you think?

The fact that this is not a central question in this General Election, given that the powers of ‘defence/offence’ and ‘foreign policy' (keep the diamond mines British!) are being handed over to an elected person in this Election is troubling. It’s irrational, though those who would, for whatever reason, wish to avoid the issue, it might appear a rational avoidance.

How can you vote for that?

Indoctrination is the very dark 'art' of convincing someone that the external value presented is intrinsic, internal, part of the person.

It requires that the target loses touch with what ought to be emergent, the natural sense of self, and replaces that with an externally driven identity through which loyalty and submission to the indoctrinating system, are assured.

It's rude, and it is also a toxic mime of 'Education'.

In a healthy Society such abuse would be impossible, unthinkable.

Warring States.  The unthinkable, the intolerable, the unacceptable.

The USA, UK, France, Russia and their allies The Saudi’s, the Qatari’s and the Israeli’s.

2017.  The UK General Election.

War Policies?

What are the war policies of the active candidates?

More importantly, what are your (my readers) War Policies, and will anyone support those?

This democracy is a veil.

It looks good, and yet the wind of honesty passes right through it, does not fill it's sails, and the fantasy ship is but a barge of mechanised death, decorated like a General’s breast pocket with gaudy baubles and pomp, going nowhere, because it is aground.

The mist is strong, and the tide is out. And its return is inevitable.

The tide will come back in.

Nature cannot be dominated indefinitely by anything that emerges out of it’s mystery of Life.

Healthy Internalisation?

I think that the natural healthy version of internalisation is honesty and living practice, experience and learning gained by observing healthy adults and being respected and treated humanely at all times..

I feel that it is innate, that it is a default setting of the natural child. It is a sensitivity to be able to learn, and it is also a vulnerability.

The art of learning through time and experience, sense and environment... the natural child who is secure will recognise aspects of self in all areas of life and living things, which can then meet the externals, the content of the child’s habitat and make sense of them, and then model them and internalise them so they are in RAM mode available, so to speak.... once internalised they do not have to think using the intellect to grasp the meaning of what is being observed or interacted with in their world.

This is also useful for anyone living closely with plants and animals, in a dynamic environment, as part of a co-operative collective.

It is a evolved mode of information gathering, data acquisition and storage as part of optimal human biological health.

Mirror Neurons existence and operation supports this view: what we see we can also sense, we can imagine within our minds, we can learn from the actions of others, we can practice in our minds.

We feel into the world, we model it and we move it within ourselves.

This is learning.... responding to what is changing, availing of new information to meet those dynamics and remain sustainable, nurturant.

Healthy Governance - An Alternative Metric

I think of Healthy Governance as being the practical realities of administering a communities shared resources for the equal benefit of all members of that community and the habitat within which or from which that community emerges.

In the case of developed States, and Governance this relates to taxation, which is collected from all, in one way or another, and is the community shared resource – it does not BELONG to the Government, they hold it in trust.

Apply that metric to policy.

What are the implications of administering a community shared resource?

- it must be evidence based, as a duty of care

- adverse outcomes must be avoided, and where they occur, by accident or lack of foresight, or due to changes beyond human agency, they must be remedied immediately.

- long term health and safety is as much a priority as short term health and safety

- The policies must be proven to nurture the whole community, in a balanced and healthy manner.

This metric applies also to the seas, waterways, lands we inhabit. These too are shared community resources, and not just for us humans of developed societies.

We share this Earth. Fact.

Healthy Governance.

For me, this old politic of competing powers is immature, it is a diseased way of conducting matters, and utterly toxic.

I cannot participate in current political discourse because this fundamental truth is being ignored, denied, avoided across all mainstreams, and beyond.

The system is bullying that has become institutionalised, and I cannot vote for it to continue.

Who to vote for in a Warring State?

Interview with Inger Skjelsbæk who works with PRIO. The Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) conducts research on the conditions for peaceful relations between states, groups and people.

Researchers at PRIO seek to understand the processes that bring societies together or split them apart. We explore how conflicts erupt and how they can be resolved; we investigate how different kinds of violence affect people; and we examine how societies tackle crises – and the threat of crisis. We document general trends, seek to understand processes, and inform concrete responses.
"We focus a lot more on conflict than we do on what peace actually is. What is it that creates well-being? What is it that makes you feel at ease in your own skin, in your own life, in your own sociopolitical context? What does it take? All narratives about who you are and what your prospects are, and how that impacts your well-being, depend on how these stories are reinforced or challenged by the communities you live in. If peace is just the absence of war, then you have peace lots of places. But if peace is also well-being and resilience to conflicts, then it is more challenging."

Healthy Governance is an immense challenge facing us, and we had best do what we can to ensure our children's children do not have to do what we did not do, when we could have.
