Battle of the Billions. Whose Billions Rules, whose Governs?

Billionaires, Wealth Funds, Tax Havened Wealth - people and organisations that have amassed vast fortunes, harvested from the general population, via the industrial consumer culture, which involves exploitation of any number of environmental and human vulnerabilities, through predatory economic systems owned by established Oligarchies...

Capitalist Billionaires use their Billions as political tools, to promote their continued status as economic and political hegemons, as rulers...

Churches do the same, of course... both Institutions collect funds from the 'faithful' which are used to enhance the status of the Institution. One pretends social service, the other spiritual service.

Their urge for vast wealth is not some personal flaw, it is not a banal greed for money itself, as much as it is the need for a very large fluid budget ie - the money, to feed and exercise the Power.

Capital is the unspoken Political Party, and we find it's comrades in every party, in every area of concern to Power.

Because some people conflate Capitalism with the Industrial Factory system, with trading, with the day to day business of working, buying and selling they can be frighted by calls to 'End Capitalism!' because it seems to them to mean end of all production, end of all luxuries and modern conveniences plus total social breakdown. It does not.

"End Capitalism!"

Ending Capitalism simply means confronting the Corporate Financial interference into civil and legislative matters of the commons, and it means confronting it in order to disable it, whilst taking up the shared tasks of healthy Governance.

Capitalism, and others, generally funds small actors in all sides of every mainstream discourse or problem and equally often they are silently supporting various extremes, on the sides of the angry, on the violent pushing and shoving of belief, faith and tradition, all  of it competing with evidence - it works,  it fosters division.

As we see in competing identity politics - Brexit - distracting from the bullying which people who are 'different' are so often subjected to, often with mainstream media approval.

This in an age of better informed citizens where beleif, faith and tradition are exposed to the light of evidence, and are found wanting,.

Evidence matters,.

Power cannot be exercised unless one has an appropriate budget.

Power needs Wealth, Power needs aq constant supply of disposable, renwable income.

Capitalism is the political ideology of Wealth Rules All.

It is not factories and shops, even thouse do occur in Capitalist systems..

Capitalism is political rule by Oligarchs and their private wealth.

Ordinary folk cannot compete with such wealth.

I have £50 to my name...

And yet...

When we realise and understand that all taxation originates with and belongs to the ordinary citizen and is held in trust by Government, we can look again and perhaps see that we do have the economic and legislative tools with which we can regulate the Oligarchs.

All the wealth of Billionaires originated in our shopping, our working.. time to take a stand, a rational, evidence based stand.

Our Taxes, Our Billions, our Legislatures, our Judiciaries, us organised, our Political Power...

Regulate the Oligarchs, expose the press media to critical analysis, and confront liars... re-instate social care, environmental care and community as core operational practical values of Governance and the Civil Service.

We must take up the challenge, and occupy the legislatures, the judiciaries, the civil service, the other services, and do so democratically.

We must organise to fire the Corporate placemen and women.

Do business, we say the CEO, and stay away from Civil Governance..

#nowthatiswhaticalltakingbackcontrol

Every business profits from civil infrastructure, education, health systems, reseach so they ought to consider it a privilege to operate in the commons, rather an exploitable opportunity, a predators prey scape.

It's a privilege to be an operator in the commons. And there are responsibilities with that privilege. Do no harm, cause no toxic spill.........etc.,
An important step to confront the Billionaires is to assert control of our taxes as a collective, as 'our billions.'

And the only safe way to do that is to bring politics into the 21st Century of evidence, out of the dark ages of belief and opinion. Penalise lies in  public office severely.

The Commons demands those who avail of it cause no harm, to the commons or to any other. It demands that the use of the Commons is transparent.

As a citizen, I appeal to all other citizens, as a tax payer I call to all taxpayers, to see that the collected taxes are our billions, and we must deploy them well, to nurture society by nurturing all the people and the environment.

The profit of our endeavour is happy communities, of happy people, who are free of chronic stressors induced by politics or economics...

Kindest regards

It's not about what party will do what, it's about who will take up the task, on our call, during our watch, with our budget and our full support, to rebalance our social systems in favour of nurture.

Thank you for reading this blog.

All we need to do is be really honest, responsive to the evidence we find, and ready to reassess when new evidence emerges. The rest is easier as a consequence.

Competing Powers, Violence and Taxation

"In a society that has institutionalised a hierarchy of lethal violence, a predator mixes in with the crowd, and in an egalitarian society, the predator sticks out like a sore thumb."

Families and communities lived and thrived in the city of Homs, before the war, which was escalated by the indirect support, materially and logistically, of violent militia... paid for by UK, US, Saudi and Qatari Tax payers...
1, We can see that the Ruling culture of Europe, before World War I, and II, was that of competing powers, all militarised, all seeking to enhance and expand their power and economic dominance through violence, intrigue and commercial exploitation of other countries, their peoples, and of each nations own people.. (take a look at the propaganda to support WWI in England and in the USA, where the majority of the working classes objected to war, but needed to be persuaded, manipulated into becoming cannon fodder ).. That culture of power that intentionally manipulates a population into mass violence was and remains a pathology, a disease, a sickness.... "In a society that has institutionalised a hierarchy of lethal violence, a predator mixes in with the crowd, and in an egalitarian society, they stick out like sore thumb."

Thus ultimate responsibility cannot be placed in any one countries, or on any single Rulers behaviour, but on all, equally. Hitler was not to blame, alone, for WWII. The responsibility lies with the system of competing militarised powers...

3. That so many died then, and are being murdered, maimed and displaced today by this dynamic of competing militarised powers is indicative of a pathology. The UK and US escalated the violence in Iraq, Afghanistan with direct military intervention, and indirectly in Libya and Syria..... what does that tell you about the prevailing culture of rulers, and the submission of their populations to that culture of violence that we, as tax payers, fund?

In England, income tax was introduced as a way to fund the Napoleonic Wars, as a temporary measure. We are still funding war. We are funding and enabling psychopathic behaviour, and people are being harmed... No one in the mainstream, few in Academia , none of the institutionalised state religions will acknowledge this truth. Why?

Thank you for reading this blog. All we need to do is be really honest, responsive to the evidence we find, and ready to reassess when new evidence emerges. The rest is easy.

Governance - the basics, unapologetic truth and honesty.

Governance is the administration of our shared contributory resources, our taxes, for the benefit of ALL the people of the land.

The puerile adversarial process of Government and Opposition is an outdated 19th Century process of competing Powers and is inadequate to the task of meeting the needs of the people as whole.

It is a process that is concerned with maintaining power above all else. All too often the people who suffer the most from the adverse outcomes of these infantile power struggles are the ordinary citizens, at home or abroad/

When the majority of people refuse to accept that old and sordid duality, and demand, as their right, that all elected officials, those who thrive on the contributions of the people, work together to benefit the people at all levels, equally, and when the majority of the people take materially significant steps to ensure that collaboration, co-operation, justice and mutualism based on the evidence, and responsive to the outcomes, is at the very core of policy and decision making, then our Society will be a much more humane and equitable society.

It will then slowly, but assuredly, move towards that state known as 'civilised'.

Until then the bulk of what passes for Governance is just more crappy behaviour being propagandised, marketed, justified, covered-up and explained away.

Anyone who is unable to deal with these simple facts, or is unwilling to face them, is part of the problem.

I make no apologies for stating it this clearly. The situation is clearly offensive in the material reality, way beyond 'offending sensibilities'.

Media Miss the Point, Again...... this is infuriating!

 A head line for October 14 2010  :

Tax investigation could land Pope with €8bn bill
European Commission to investigate exemption allowing the Vatican to avoid paying £2bn a year levy on 100,000 properties
By Michael Day in Milan

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/tax-investigation-could-land-pope-with-83648bn-bill-2106113.html

"The development is the latest blow to an institution that has been rocked by an annus horribilis following the global clerical paedophilia scandal that broke earlier this year, and investigations into money laundering."

What is wrong with the media?

For 20 years or more Survivors of Church abuse have been bringing their stories as EVIDENCE not only of the abuse, but of the cover-up of the abuse and the active protection of abuser priests from public scrutiny and prosecution. For 20 years an more, Survivors have suffered delays, obstruction, mis-understanding, fear and resistance to the truth from almost every quarter.

But we HAVE NOT BEEN SILENT!

What an utter falsehood! This 'story' broke many, many years ago!

Consistently, it is NOT survivors who write these articles, it is NOT Survivors whose opinions and insights are sought after, it is not Survivors who are asked for ideas on the possible resolution, it is not Survivors who are asked for their insights into how Power Relationships operate within the Society they were, unfortunately for them, born into.

The not so silent Survivors have no real voice in the media.

Why? What possible excuse or rationalisation is there for that abscence?

It is bad enough that the EU sees fit to 'probe' into the Taxation Status of The Vatican, yet has not launched a 'probe' into the endemic problem of the mistreatment and abuse of children in the 'care' of The Church; but that no-one inthe media no-one comments sensibly on this glaring omission is frankly unforgiveable, and represents an appaling abdication of mature response ability!

It speaks of a clear and widespread lack of empathy for Survivors and a profund mis-understanding of the nature of the problem, or worse. .....

An attempt to avoid facing this problem square on, for whatever reasons, abandons Survivors, abandons current victims and indictes the media as much as the The Vatican, the protectors of the abuser priests themselves.

WAKE UP!

Let Survivors tell their stories, for they HAVE survived, and they are many, and their paths to resolution, in as much as it has been possible, within their own lives are each a unique struggle for liberation, a font of lived wisdom.

Without their wisdom, you KNOW NOTHING!

And finally, to compare the Popes current problems with those of the Queen in recent years is ludicrous; yet there is dark mirth in it all....

Anus Horribilus!

Arse!

Give To The Rich To Help The Poor

Marina Hyde, writing in the Guardian 'comment is free' web pages outlines a fantastic new philantrophic concept designed by elites themselves, the super-duper rich.

"Give to the rich to help the poor? An idea worthy of Bono

Satire? No - a genius really has concocted a tax proposal to put our aid budget in the hands of the super-rich"

"On Tuesday night, 100 billionaires will gather at London's sumptuous Dorchester hotel, to watch Mr Ted Turner in conversation with Ms Carol Vorderman. Ms Joss Stone will sing, and some model or other will be in attendance. Can you guess the aim of this evening, which I trust you would cross continents to avoid in the infinitely unlikely event that you had been invited? No? Then allow me to assist. The aim is to make the government give tax breaks to the super-rich, in order to tempt them to give the same percentage of income to charity as the poorest 20% of people in this country already do.

Feel free to be taken unwell.

Initially I assumed the Fortune Forum, for so it is named, was an elaborate living satire, designed to highlight practically everything that is wrong with contemporary life. Alas, The Fortune Forum is all too real. It was dreamt up by an heiress called Renu Mehta, as a kind of vaguely benevolent mini-Davos."

Marina continues to explore this fantastic world ... She doesn't go far enough. Like George Monbiot, she holds back the full fury of common-sense.

Nonetheless, 'It' has to be said. And both are saying it with some subtlety.

The hubris of these immensely rich people, often from long lines of generations of wealth, has become, for the majority of people, an almost pathological issue, in that it is an attitude that informs many of the practices which we know are harming rather than assisting life, geared towards gathering and hoarding 'resources' and wealth, and often with great violence, and these super rich people know this, and they continue nonetheless, sitting on charitable boards, with all that is going on around the world, driven by their pride in their immense wealth and paranoia about their 'strategic interests'.

I have re-written the song 'streets with no name' as 'thieves with no shame', as a parody. I don't sing the song, as I find the melody irksome. I do sing 'I don't like geldof' and parody of 'I don't like Mondays'..... Goldloaf at least wrote some catchy tunes...

Both have done more harm than good.

http://www.corneilius.net/songpages/theives.htm thieves with no shame

http://www.corneilius.net/pages/geldofvideo.htm I don't like Geldof

There's also background info on Geldof and Bono business dealings and investments, and an analysis of Label Red, sponsored by Bono, American Express and the large pharmaceutical companies who control aids medicine patents.

http://informage.net/articles/2006/09/18/blood-money - Label Red - Bono and Africa

I have sent this out before, it's not my own research, so blessings to all the various people and ways that info flows.

And it's worth repeating, it's worth all the effort to expose these fools to their own folly, and show them how they can help, if they seriously want to help, if it is to do with their experience of their common humanity, common soul, common nature and common sense!

We'll show them how by doing it ourselves, as many are already doing. Ask Jane Goddall....

Ask the lovley people, voluteers all, who facilitated The Spike community centre evicted by Southwark Council from their home in Peckham! A home the Council are selling to property developers, handing it over to the private sector for profit.... wealth is transferred, from poor to rich yet again, another drop in the constant flow.

One the one hand the rich have charidees, and on the other hand their ideology keeps shutting these grass roots initiatives down.....!

Make Wars History! Iraq and War Law.

Not many people are aware that under existing UK Law (The International Criminal Court Act 2001 ) and International Law, those being :

i The General Treaty for the Renunciation of War 1928 [The Kellogg-Briand Pact].

ii The United Nations Charter 1945.

iii The Geneva Conventions 1948,

iv The UN Charter 1945,

v The Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948.

vi The Nuremburg Principles 1950.

vii the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court 1998.

viii Article 25 The Manual of Military Law.

IX The International Criminal Court Act 2001

the UK Government is engaged in, and is criminally liable for the illegal wars in iraq and Afghanistan that are wars of aggression, the supreme crime against humanity, under the Nurumberg Principles.

The UK Government is also in breach of the Kellog-Briand Pact and the other laws quoted above.

It has not, and never had, ANY AUTHORITY under the UN Charter to engage in this war.

The UK Government in 1998 ratified The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and in 2001 enacted The International Criminal Court Act 2001.

This means that all those who were instrumental in planning and issuing the orders that caused the war to happen, and all who enable it to continue, can be tried before the ICC at the Hague as war criminals and can be arrested in the UK so that they may appear before the ICC to answer the charges.

It is the duty of every UK citizen to report this crime to the Police, that they might arrest those responsible.

Furthermore it is illegal tp pay taxes that support in any way any government that is committing a war crime.

It is therefore the DUTY of British Citizens to do what they can, under Law, to stop those crimes being committed.

To not do so makes each citizen, once they are aware of the Law, an ancilliary to a war crime.

Chris Coverdale and his team have done the research and have outlined the legal status of the Wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and have collated the relevant information for your use at :

http://www.makewarshistory.org.uk

I urge you to review this information and to then report the crime at your local Police Station. You will be given a crime number, and at a later date, you will be interviewed so that you can detail the charges. The police are legally bound to investigate any reported crime.

I urge you also to refuse to pay any taxes to the Government, until such time as the war crimes are no longer being committed in your name with your taxes.

The procedure for both these actions is quite simple and more info can be found at their website.

The law is enforceable only by you and I, the citizens of the UK, none other. These laws exist and are fully functioning only when we exercise our will to see those laws upheld and enforced.

If your local MP, Peer etc has supported the War, then you can name them as particular war criminals. If we the people can indict and prosecute even one MP, then we can do do so for all those who are war criminals.

This is the only way we can stop wars.

By having those war criminals arrested and by refusing to fund the war through our taxation.

It can be done.

YOU CAN DO IT!

Together we can uphold and enforce the Law and bring the wars to an end.

Free Will and Indoctrination

Free Will and Indoctrination

Two concepts at odds with each other. One much vaunted, by those who gloat over their ability to control others whom they indoctrinate, above all else. The other seen, rightfully so, as a threat by those who value their integrity as humane beings.

Children sense that threat, though being small and vulnerable, they must acquiesce, in order to survive. It is unfortunate for so many that they forget this acquiescence.

Those that organise the indoctrination of others rely upon that forgetting for the only source of their power, and thus those who recall the resignation of their acquiescence, and recover their free will, are the ones who will no longer comply with those who indoctrinate.

As it is with taxation, under current circumstances, so terribly demonstrated in Iraq and Afghanistan. So many horrors, daily fare for those we have abandoned. Can you imagine the pain, the terror, the wounds those people must live with?

As it ever has been, since the city states first formed and centralised governance based upon might, a governance that feeds upon the forced labours of people, that exercises the supreme ’right’ to kill, to imprison, to torture and to bomb, and so darkened the lives of human beings, and of natural creation

The tide must turn.

Will you turn it? Will you be of the rocks, the beaches, the cliffs that repel that tide, so that your children, and theirs, may walk freely upon this Earth? Will you recover your free will? Will you reclaim your soul? Will you refuse to comply with the indoctrinated systems of fear and retribution, the powers of the wrathful state, the folly of the consumer capitalist dance of death?

For that is the first step in the rebellion that must take place if we are to truly honour the miracle of our children. Parents who have reclaimed their souls, who have seen the truth of the indoctrination will know at their very core the base crime it is to indoctrinate, and will not do so.

A generation of children allowed to grow naturally, to express their true identity, to read with their own innate intelligence, the world around them, will naturally resolve the issues we are all faced with.

They will also inspire their parents in ways that their parents, and their wider community and extended family cannot but be grateful for.

The real battle is won internally, without recourse to violent confrontation, in the reclaiming of our free will, our very soul, our ability to love unconditionally. This battle is the one those that seek to control us fear the most. That is why the weapons of mass distraction are so sophisticated, so relentless.

That is why the internet is feared, that is why there are attempts to enclose the web, to integrate censorship, to flood it with banal distraction and pornography, as it is where free will may reign, it is where conversations may take place that can assist in the internal battle, for we soul seekers in the west are beginning to realise that we are not alone, we are not isolated and that we are not mad.

As we reclaim our souls, as we release ourselves from the bondage, from the mental slavery, from the fear, as we reach nirvana, as we assume our birthright of enlightenment, we will then have the sweet question of what to do with that free will.

The further work will be strenuous, will tax us to our limits at times and yet is underpinned by the true essence of nature, our own nature, the very spirit of life. It is not to be taken too lightly, though it must be taken with delight. It is a work that is a mirror of natures amazing ability to feed and nurture all living beings that exist.

One must be happy to assume this work. Proud, determined, convinced and at ease with the role we must, each of us, play. Each of us the saviour. If we so chose.

Free will.
