Belief, Poverty, Death and COVID19

"The Government are committed to tackling child poverty."

This tweet articulates a simple statistic.

Foodbanks have increased since 2004, and the need has grown more rapidly since 2010. Low wages and benefit changes including sanctions are the driving factors in this enlargement of need. A huge escalation has occurred in 2020. Foodbanks and their growth are a signal that ordinary folk care about each other, and that the Ruling class care little for the lowest income class, the most economically vulnerable.

The UK, allied to the US Military Giant, invaded another Sovereign State, Iraq  in 2003 on the pretext of a lie. Foodbank use started to grow after that.

Billions of UK Taxpayers funds have been wasted in UK/US sponsored bloodletting ever since. Where has all the money gone? It did not go to workers. It did not go to veterans. It did not go to the British people. It did not go to the British children. Some shareholders and CEOs made a lot of money out of this.

Foodbanks and Warfare.

Both are wholly avoidable phenomena. Both are the results of bad Government policy.

Poverty has been deliberately exacerbated by this run of Caring Conservative Governments since 2010.

It is also true, to be fair, that neither New Labour nor Conservative and Unionist or indeed Conservative - Liberal Democrat Coalition governments have ever had a policy of Abolishing Poverty, which is, to my mind,  the only sound, socially adept, humane and logical policy stance possible in a 21st Century Democracy.

To allow poverty to persist is a deliberate cruelty.

Reducing poverty merely maintains poverty, and that is a political choice that serves the owners, the Oligarchies, who make profits from low wages and who use poverty and destitution as behavioural nudges, whips that allow them to dominate the working population. Maintaining poverty harms the people as a whole.

The Minimum Wage is a very bad joke, a lie, a deceit. It is an act of cruelty.

This is an abuse dynamic and it is also masked by a key Christian ideological dynamic, one which underlies Capitalism.

"The poor you will always have with you" Matthew 26:11 is a core teaching of Christianity, we are told.

Jesus said so, it is written. There is, of course, no prima facie evidence He did say this. But it has been written so. And he was not the only one. It is previously mentioned in Deuteronomy.

"England is a Christian Nation" said Theresa May. She did say that. It is recorded in Hansard. There is no record in Hansard of any British Prime Minister proposing a policy of abolishing poverty. The Bible and Hansard are in accord, they are congruent. The poor you will always have with you.

For there will never cease to be poor in the land; that is why I am commanding you to open wide your hand to your brother and to the poor and needy in your land.

The poor you will always have with you, and you can help them whenever you want. But you will not always have Me.

The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have Me."

And in the hands of the Merchant Puritan, whose sponsorship built great Churches, invented Racism, provided Colonial conquest with a cover story, that teaching became Wealth is God's sign of approval, Poverty is His sign of  disapproval, and therefore Poverty is obviously a personal flaw, a sin of the poor, rather than the structural imposition that it really is.

Colston's Charity assuages guilt without correcting the problem.

Sir Edward Colston's statue stood the test of time, only because successive generations venerated his philanthropy over honesty in History.

Prosperity Gospel and New Age Abundance ideology are variations of the same toxic thinking. The arrogance and delusion of the billionaire class, the beautiful people, is that they believe that are innately superior to the ordinary folk, and that their innate superiority is why they are so wealthy.

Burning £50 notes in front of homeless rough sleepers. Spaffing £53 million on a paper bridge to nowhere. Spaffing £12 million on an already unworkable contact tracing app, when a free and entirely functional version was already available and on offer. Someone trousered a lot of cash for nothing. Value for money?

A very public school boy aptitude, and such teachings were also aimed at the patriotic working class who were urged to move up the property ladder, who were  conned into servicing debt (£1.8 trillion as we write today, and rising) to gain wealth, to convince them of their own worthiness, to assert their innate superiority, and to underpin the inferiority of those who are forced to endure poverty, or who come to this country to do the essential but low paid work. People who are then blamed for 'stealing our jobs'.

The 'comedic' abuse of Little Britain, and 'edutainments' such as 'Benefits Street' and others serve to embed that discrimination, disguised as culture, into the patriotic consciousness. Shop for Britain.

Laughing at, rather than with, the vulnerable. Very British.

Iain Duncan Smith opposes Universal Basic Income as one method to assist the working population through the worst of the Corona Virus epidemic on the basis that it will work as a disincentive to work.

Treasury officials claim that furlough has become an addiction.

Boris Johnson hopes the virus will go away, urges that we get back to work before it is eliminated from the population.

He means 'we the workers' given that his personal work rate is minimal for someone in his position.

He also has the happy arrogance of assumed immunity. The Reaper passed him by. I am glad of that for his sake, and for the sake of his fiance and new child. That does not mean I am glad he is in office. How could this be, knowing what he is participating in, understanding the harm it is causing?

Gavin Williamson tried to bully parents, students and teachings by shaming them with the distress his Governments policies are creating for many people, as emotional blackmail.

Ministers have misled,  lied and gaslighted the public.

Observing this one is drawn to the conclusion that this is indeed an abusive relationship dynamic, posing as a system of Democratic Governance.

150,000 excess deaths over a decade.

60,000 excess deaths over a 4 month first wave of an epidemic.

All wholly avoidable, all caused by UK Government policy.

An abuse dynamic if ever I have seen one.

This begs the question, what on earth is happening within the UK? Why is this being allowed to continue? Who is responsible for this?

Corona Virus Policy variations, Evidence, Belief and Opinion.

The worlds best researchers in epidemiology, public health science and health and social care are an international, supra national collective of serious minded, open minded people whose entire focus is evidence based.

New Zealand Government studied the work and  the experience of that community with regards to COVID19,  and they took action based on that evidence and experience.

The New Zealander people are now free of the virus - it is not being transmitted person to person within the population - apart from two British residents who imported it as they were allowed entry to see a dying parent, and who are now in treatment and isolation, along with c.300 people they might have infected - and New Zealand economy is strong. It took the New Zealanders, Government and people together, 11 weeks to achieve this happy state. They remain vigilant.

The UK Government chose a different path. Deliberately. Just as they continue to choose not to abolish poverty. Just as they chose to invade Iraq.

They chose to game the virus to rerig the economy in Shock Doctrine fashion. The policy is obviously not based on evidence, rather it is based on a belief, an opinion. But what belief, what opinion?

That choice has caused 60,000+ excess deaths in 4 months.

The policy decisions of the UK Government have caused a whole other bunch of problems that have exacerbated the situation.

Deliberate choices.

PPE shortages, sending patients back into care homes, permitting care workers to move from facility to facility, no provision of Fever Hospitals, focus on home made contact trace apps when there already were apps up and running and offered for free, in Europe, repetitive patterns of wasteful expenditure that did not stop the spread, rather each new policy decision guaranteed the spread, in toto imposing shut down without much effort to stop the spread or to provide fullest support to the  people going through the shut down, easing their pre-existing burdens, lying all the time, even going as far as gaslighting the public.

The UK Government and it's sponsors - Robert Mercer, Arron Banks, right wing Hedge Funders, Cambridge Analytica et al - have been very carefully blaming those problems on the virus and the people, there has been a dedicated online campaign across many platforms to whisper in people's ears this narrative of the Hoax, the Chinese Virus, the Flu, the NWO across New Ager, Alt-right and Christian networks of influence.

All designed to groom vulnerable and gullible targets into breaking the stay home, stay safe protocol so that they can be blamed for any resurgent peaks. And of course, being arrogant, the believers are falling for the play.

It takes humility to stand on evidence, to eschew opinion and belief.

The arrogance of the the believers and the opinionated walking hand in hand with the callous cruelty of the Establishment whilst they believe, crying "Freedom!" and "Take Back Control!" that they are resisting the Establishment.

Satire or Irony are inadequate to this horrific situation.

Patterns, details, humanity. Toby Young.

Gangs... power structures.... hooligans.... Boris Johnson, Toby Young, Jeremy Hunt. Pinochet. Saddam. Nixon.
portrait of a neoliberal gangster.

- youth gangs and associated knife crime issue requires some social honesty

Persistent, institutionalised social inequity is directly correlated with widespread chronic distress, despair, powerlessness. The evidence for this is clear. Giving banks close to half a trillion dollars, whiist reducing support to poor and vulnerable people was not the choice of the people. So it goes.

Persistent, instutionalised social inequity is also correlated with emergent and increasing street crime, petty public violence and other signs of breakdown. The Community fragments. Resources are diverted away. The greater the sense of inequity, the greater the refusal to co-operate, the more intense the breakdown. This is just common sense. Visible Social Inequity is the driving pressure. Pressure. International relations between States, with dominant power blocks seeking hegemony, in an adversarial environment that is fully militarised. This robs peoples of resources, youth, respect and dignity and it absolutely influences local politics, to the very core.

Lateral Violence is a term that describes a statistical dynamic, where abuse within a hierarchy trickles down, and emerges as sideways violence and aggression, where individuals or groups pick on others at their own level or below, to vent their anger upon. Gay bashing, racism, religious sectarianism and much else falls into this dynamic, or emerges more often within the dynamics of a hierarchically violent power culture That is a pattern. Not an excuse.

Not every case is the pattern; they are more than that, and to understand what is creating the pattern, we need to be honest about the evidence, the dataset, and that has to include the journey of that individual, and of every individual we learn about, it has to take in the situation of his or her lived experience and social setting as see all the elements that come into play, as influencers on those lives. All of them, in both qualitative and quantitative research terms. Empathy, compassion, respectful distance: scientific.

First Minimum requirement to solve a problem is the full understanding of the problem.

The second is access to all available pertinent information. A news story will provide only a caricature of any situation it reports, A news story is not enough to base a diagnosis on. Yet we are all expected to do this, from reading newspapers,. etc to voting in that booth, we are told we have enough information make a diagnosis, and we vote with very little data.. Beyond each caricature of a criminal or murderer, a terrorist or a soldier there lies an invisible child, now an adult human being, a history. Do not let the bullies write that history. Or co-opt it to their ends. There will be some cases that are a mixture of all of this: that are to do with social care systems and punishment, with socio-economic status, with broken familial relationships, some might have disabilities, or emotional trauma, and all will have differently altered brains, trauma altered endocrine alterations.

Peer pressure, poverty, marginalisation, bigotry can all interplay and adversely impact any child, any developing brain.
These harmful elements running through a society do not proclaim the health of that society, do they?
The Media hypes stories, for an agenda, not for honesty, or justice.

Justice would remove the economic incentive for gang membership and operations. As a first step.

By dismantling any institutionalised socio-economic inhibitors on equitable economic engagement and arrangements, where being a low skill worker does not mean low paid, economically challenged .... every hour of our lives is precious. All equally so.
The pattern.
Take a public service. cut it. to save money.
Cut it again. then bash it, to save money..
Slice it, and cut it. Then twist it, to be more efficient.
Keep doing this, until it begins to fail.
Then suggest that a private contractor could step in and save the day.

A large corporate private contractor with a track record of fraud, bad practice, graft and inefficiency.

How can any adult  alive and literate, walking about today in 2018 Britain be unaware of this pattern?

Another fine example is this: The DWP plans to streamline benefits using sanctions as a mechanism in administrating efficiencies have cost more than they have saved.

of November 2016, they had blown £50,000,000 on administering sanctions, £200 million monitoring claimants, £35,000,000 hardship payments, running to a total of £285 million... and they had saved £132 million.

For that total net spend of £153,000,00 they have demonstrably increased chronic stress on 11,000 people who have died soon after assessments that applied reductions on their support. At least 11,000 people, who it can be said, did not need nor deserve any extra pressure and stress upon their lives.

How much of that £132 million was sequestered as corporate profits?

In other words, how much tax payers cash became shareholders profits?

Many others persisted, in spite of the system failures,  and pushed back. Which is why the UN took steps to document the tragedy unfolding.

Have they spent £153 million on bullying vulnerable people just because they can?

Is Toby Young  a natural ally of Donald 'PG' Trump, is his opportunist Toryism emblematic of the brown nosing revolving door of the neoLiberal Ruling Classes?

"Do what you love, it's Your Gift to Universe"

Thank you for reading this blog. All we need to do is be really honest, responsive to the evidence we find, and ready to reassess when new evidence emerges. The rest is easy.

Somme : They died for Tony Blair's Freedom.

"they died for our freedoms"

The died for our freedoms. That's the claim.

They were murdered.

They were maimed, traumatised, broken.

They died for our freedoms.

It is a lie.

They were murdered. On both 'sides'.

They were murdered for the British Establishments freedom to wage war again, less than 100 years later. Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria.

80 million working class low income folk have had their entire lives turned upside down, with millions dead, millions maimed, millions in refugee camps.

"They died for our freedoms!"

To honour the dead of the Somme, then Tony Blair, Anna Eagle, Jack Straw  and all of those who enabled the illegal war of aggression against the Iraqi working class people, the Libyan working class people, the Syrian working class people,  must be honestly, robustly investigated, and then arrested each and every one of them, and brought them before the courts, to account for their actions and the outcomes, in public.

We are free to do this, the evidence is clear, the law is clear.

Honour the dead of the Somme : Keep Calm and Arrest the War Criminals!

What could be more simple, more clear than that.

~

Immigration driving down wages - why that is a lie.

The argument that immigration from Eastern Europe into Britain was the cause of lost jobs, due to low wages they Eastern Europeans and others were paid is a classic misdirection.

It is also known as 'Gaslighting'.

1. It was the choice of the employers to pay those low wages.

2. The Eastern Europeans did not advertise themselves as cheaper labour. They did not come here and say "We will do that work for less!". They came here and took what was offered. Who offered it? And why?

3. It was the choice of the Government to accept the employers choice to make more profit by paying less on wages to vulnerable people..

The Government could have said : "Woah! No you don't!". They live here now, they get same wage as standard for that job.

They could have said, "here's the national minimum wage, and here's the standard for skilled and unskilled labour in your industry."

"No discrimination."

"No exploitation."

No. What they did was to make the situation worse. For everyone concerned, except the employers.

They created Tax Credits to insure the employers, to ensure income working class people in Britain, resident British people, could be employed at low wages, with a tax payer top up.. and the employers could make more profit.

As if it was a gift.

The they use that set up and loudly acclaim their social program.

"Look at what we are doing for YOU!"

Then they whisper into hurting people's ears, and present them with images for their eyes and they say "They take your jobs, your houses, your schools, your streets......"

And anger mounts.

And so it goes.

THE EMPLOYERS CHOSE TO PAY LOW WAGES AND THE GOVERNMENT APPROVED.

Is this what the dead of the Somme died for?

Exploitation of vulnerable workers, so that Industry could make more profits using cheap labour.

Do not hold the immigrants to blame for that.

Hold the employers to account. Hold the Government to account.

War Crimes, Brexit and Self Determination of a people, as opposed a State Power Establishment.

There's something being avoided by the mainstream public domain discourse.

Something absolutely fundamental to the legitimacy of Governance in England and across the UK. Was the Iraq War, and the wars against Libya and Syria, legal or not?  We know they were unjust. We know that media and Government lied and spun to sell the concept. Chilcott is due out in July. What will it bring up?

The British Power Establishment can ignore 1 million violent deaths of Iraqi's, Libyans, Syrians... they can ignore 11 million Syrian Refugees. Yes, they can even ignore 3 million signatures on an e-petition.

They cannot ignore the threat of War Crimes trials, which is what this EUref is really all about. Neurtralising a threat. They'd go as far as triggering a civil war in Northern Ireland, whose 'peace' is in part secured by the EU and EU Human Rights Law.
                                                                           ~

EU Law helped install the legislation required to arrest and try War Criminals into English Law, under the 2001 International Criminal Court Act.

Leaving the EU is first step to repealing that Legislation.

The Power Establishment know they are vulnerable, that the upholding of the Law will undermine their 'freedoms'.

WE cannot ignore that any longer. They MUST remove all legal instruments that leave them vulnerable, as they are, to charges of War Crimes.

                                                                              ~

The claims of 'self-determination' of the Brexit campaign are empty unless the War Criminals are dealt with before the Law, unless they ALL UPHOLD THE LAW, and see that it is applied in this case without remorse.

Too many people have been murdered and maimed, funded by UK Tax Payers contributions, for this to be avoided.

The UK Government has no legitimacy until this is dealt with, and Justice is served.

                                                                       ~

Imagine what it must be like to have been a 16 year old in 2003 watching the adults in your own community allow the British Government to wage an illegal, amoral, horrific war, and then follow that up with three more against Libya, Syria and Yemen, wars the majority of 16 year olds objected to stongly, but their voices were silenced.

And now the EUref, and those same voices are sidelined again, at age 29, whilst the current 16 year olds were denied participation in a decision they will have to live with longer than anyone else apart from their little brothers and sister, a decision made under false pretences....?

Democracy?

Respect?

Self-determination?

Upholding the Law?

Refugees amidst a Culture of Bullying.

Refugees. People fleeing for their lives, leaving everything they know and love and have built because states go to war and that war making has run through their homes, villages, towns and cities and destroyed everything in it's path.

"A bunch of Migrants!"

Underneath that thread is this : the supposition, the carefully indoctrinated story of, Western Values of Democracy and 'fighting a common enemy' for the good of all, exposed as a fiction, when those refugees are refused refuge; when the lobbies and electorates of the European states are unwilling to confront their own governments war making; when those European Governments and electorates accept the Corporatist lobbying which supports war and do not challenge it head on.

Apart from Pol Pot, Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain et al practically all the Governments we know of have gained power by consent of an electorate at some point.

Whatever their ideology, when they abuse that power, it is quite often ordinary folk suffer in the most horrific manner as a direct outcome. The Contra's of Nicaragua, Pinochet's death squads, Apartheid, Palestine, Congo and coltan, TTIP, Tax Havens of British Crown Dependencies, G4S Institutionalised abuse of children in 'care homes', Jimmy Savile, The Vatican's crisis management of proven child rape allegations.... are all part of the bullying culture. They are all in it together.

So for me the issue is about who holds power, the adverse affects of that power, and who challenges that. Arguing about Capitalism vs Socialism is irrelevant unless we deal with the issue of a bullying culture that taints our civilisation.

The helpers in Calais, and elsewhere, are largely drawn from people who challenge that careful image of power by their direct action of humanity. By kindness. They have stepped in to help. To comfort. To show humane solidarity with human beings in a degraded and degrading situation.

Cameron (and by extension, the entire British Government and power Establishment) dismisses them, alongside the refugees, in Parliament and when it is discussed, the matter of culpability of the UK Government since the invasion of Afghanistan, as the primary drivers of this war, which is WWIII, as far as the peoples of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Sudan, Eritrea, Syria is avoided.

Full quote:

Corbyn "Why is there one rule for big multinational companies and another for small businesses and self-employed workers?"

But gesturing to Mr Corbyn and Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell, the PM ranted: "The idea that those two right honourable gentlemen could stand up to anyone in this regard is laughable.

"Look at the record over the last week. They met with the unions and they gave them flying pickets. They met with the Argentinians and gave them the Falkland islands.

"They met with a bunch of migrants in Calais and they said they could all come to Britain."

"The only people they never stand up for are the British people and hard working tax payers."

-------

Is that not so far from the situation of the German people under Hitler? A middle class who were mostly well off, comfortable, employed and enjoying a raised standard of living......... stand by whilst atrocities are committed by their Government, which is using their tax contributions to do this?

The 'vibe' David Cameron gives off - as the mask slips - is pure malice in that rant. It's not the first time, and it won't be the last. It is what it is.

And we are part of it. Whether we like it or not. It is there.

Peace, Poppies and Honesty,

Peace

There can be no peace, no equality without empathy. Empathy for the children, the mothers, the fathers, the civilians who are forced to flee for their lives.

Empathy for those children whose best option appears to them to be to enlist in a State Military or a street gang, or a terrorist militia....

And empathy as a means to understanding the mind of that kind of power that rules, the social conditioning of that power that rules rather than governs. That too.

What I mean is that we must develop an accurate, evidence based understanding of those who bully, who abuse their power and we must understand their psychology and their techniques
.

Know the mind of those who would call YOU an enemy of the State because you desire and aspire towards a State that nurtures peace, community, egalitarianism, justice and kindness.

The Poppy

The people who wear the Poppy and hold Power.... are not the same as the people who wear poppies to commemorate and remember those who died of State induced Violence, out of sadness and regret, but are similar to those who celebrate the 'victory' of War, the 'sacrifice' of millions of people, the 'freedom won' .... because they have been taught to think that the myth of being slaughtered 'for freedom' is heroic, that it was a freely entered into choice of those who were slaughtered.

It was not.

No civilian population ever chose war against other civilians. The majority of troops did not choose war. A majority were conscripts, in one way or another because it is always the leaders, the political power players who chose war. They chose but do not participate, do not venture near any danger, do not share the burden of blood, guts, tears.

We ordinary folk are and were subjected to intense social conditioning designed to serve the needs of Power above all else, and so we bought and are buying the lies, we fought and died, and we will will continue to do so, and it was and is all needless waste, 100% avoidable and it is all predatory abuse.

The troops followed orders that were and are insanely incompetent. The troops in Afghanistan followed orders that were insanely incompetent. There is ample evidence of this.

The Poppy as a symbol was first used to commemorate the lives lost, to accentuate the needlessness of such mass death by violence, to urge a move away from such massive slaughter of both troops and civilians.... but it has been co-opted.

Our political leaders are intent on grooming us, on manipulating information and situations so that they can pursue war as a policy tool. Bearing in mind that there is a massive industry that makes immense profits from that slaughter. A massive industry that funds many of our leading politicians, directly and indirectly.

They who are in power who wear the red poppy, who celebrate 'sacrifice', who lie and cheat and bully, are a danger to the grass roots of humanity.

One generation is all it would take... get stuck in!

ANY Family, Community or Society that does NOT care for the most vulnerable within it's domain is dysfunctional. Those that engender shituations where more people are made vulnerable through ideological, military and economic war are pathological.

The concept that democratic electorates should be satisfied and happy to merely vote and let others do the work of Governance and policy decision making is out of touch, out of date and, to be frank it breeds subservience and irresponsibility.

We all bleed red, we all cry tears of salty water, we all experience loving kindness and we suffer abuse in pretty much the same way.

We are human, first and foremost.

One generation is all it would take.

If History was taught honestly, humanely, with the children encouraged to do their own research and then share it and discuss it and write it up in in schools, the BNP/EDL and ISIS/Wahabists could not exist.

Nor would the far right or the ideological left nor the various factions within which anger and rage is the dominant currency have such a support base. If critical thinking was encouraged rather than opposed in schools, the lies and propaganda of any political power base would be seen as the lies they are, and resisted.

Simples.

One generation is all it would take.

Healthy behaviour is always realistic, and abuse is always idealistic, in as much as there is a biological mandate towards optimal human biological health and behaviour, and this mandate is more real than any invented social system that attempts to impose it's concept of what should be, through coercion and indoctrination, through punishment and reward - be it religious, ideological or any other form -  or any other method to undermine, disrupt and replace the biological mandate of optimal human biological health and behaviour.

There is a war being perpetrated by Power Establishments against any and all people who no longer accept the 'right' of 'might' and it includes spreading discord between people, between the genders, between the young and the elderly, between the different faiths. Conspiracy theories, hatred of the Jews as 'controllers' of the banking system (a lie), hatred of Muslim people, hatred of LGBTi, escalating violence at home and abroad are all planks of this war.

There is no war against white people by brown people, nor is there a war against black, brown or any other colour by white people. There is no 'clash of civilisations' as Tony Blair claims.

Study history, see the patterns, study predatory psychopathy, see the patterns and study optimal human biological health and see the patterns. Break free of your own social conditioning. Liberate yourself from mental slavery!

Become fully human, fully humane.

Check out the Power Inquiry folks, and examine the detail of what genuine devolution of power means - it means taking up the shared responsibility of decision making, policy formulation and oversight -- which means getting down into the evidence, the data and working with others to suss out what is most beneficial to the community as a whole - business, community and social welfare alike... it means challenging those in our communities who are ideologically bound, angry, abuse with the evidence, face to face, it means understanding what needs and insecurities lie behind those fears, and offering ways to meet those needs, allay those insecurities.

£10 million grifter, enabled Brexit.

Deterrent Claim Debunked. Socratic Method. It works.

1. Who had the first Nuclear Bombs?

2. Who used them, twice, on massive civilian populations, when nobody else had them?

3. Who were their declared 'enemies' after WWII? Were the detonations of the two bombs over Hirioshima and Nagasaki a 'demonstration' of who had the ultimate power, and the willingness to use it?

4. Did the declared enemies have any Nuclear Bombs?

5. Did they build their own bombs as a deterrent against the already existing bombs because they were declared enemies of the State that had the Bomb and they believed that the bombers would use them again, as the threat implied?

6. The deterrent is to deter the original threatener.

The rest is lies and hyperbole.

That aside, the possession of Weapons of Mass Destruction is a question of insane power politics trumping common sense and humanity. On all sides.

Peace is more, much more than the absence of War!

Don't get me wrong,

All the States that operate Hierarchical systems of organised politically motivated violence are the result of historical psychopathic behaviour, whose origins in violence are beyond doubt, which are re-created and managed by psychopaths, sociopaths and their servants, run on a day to day basis by carefully conditioned ‘citizens, all of this paid for by tax payers under coercion.

David Cameron's evasive answer to an honest question is illustrative.

The recent reports on the dealings between Saudi Arabia and The UK Government regarding mutual support for each others election to the UN Human Rights Commission, and the case of Ali Mohammed al-Nim, who was arrested at age 14, for making a pro-democracy protest in Saudi Arabia, and who is now 17, in jail and has been sentenced to being beheaded and then crucified, and David Camerons evasive answering to the question put to him by Jon Snow, "Why did you make this horrid deal with Saudi Arabia?" is illustrative.

That Cameron blurted out an unsubstantiated claim that Saudi Intelligence about a 'bomb flying over the UK' and that Saudi intelligence helps UK Security is appalling, devious and obscene.

He must be put to the test, and he must present the evidence for his claim. Even if it turns out to be true, the fact remains - the deal made to infiltrate the Saudi Regime into the UN Human Rights Commission, given their record and intransigence on Human Rights is shameful and repugnant, and brings the British Government and all it's offices into disrepute.

Is this really acceptable in the 21st Century?

Corbyn says, as did the Power Inquiry, and as many, many millions of people do, that the electorate and party membership is ready to mature our political activism and engagement, that the grass roots wants to step up to the plate and get stuck in, examine the data, the evidence, craft policy, and maintain oversight of how policy is being implemented - rather than leave it to a self selecting minority of whom we cannot be assured that they have all our best interests at heart, be it the people, our children or our business activities.

One generation is all it would take, just a matter of 30 years.

Be part of that generation. I am part of that generation. We have nothing to lose and so much to gain by engaging with all our abilities, our heart and passion.

The Established Power base is not simply trying to get rid of Jeremy Corbyn, it is trying to undermine YOUR participation in political decision making - your awareness and awakening is what they fear more than anything else on this Earth.

Jeremy Corbyn merely represents that desire to participate in ways that promote honesty, fairness and justice as THE STANDARD in ALL political decision making and State Governance.

Jeremy Corbyn has repeatedly stated that the grass roots should be directly involved in policy formulation and the research/exploration that supports healthy policy formulation.

O'Donnell has stated clearly that 'recall' ought to operate at every level of electable public office, as a means to provide direct oversight and control to the grass roots.

These ideas were first laid out in some detail in The Power Inquiry 2006.

Ideas which David Cameron and Ed Milliband praised and then dismissed as 'impractical' without saying why he believed them to be impractical.

We know why.

The greatest threat to the Established power base is not violence from 'terrorists' - it is the emergence of a grass roots actively committed to that equal participation and oversight of Government, a grass roots that is organising as I write.

From the removal of the Independent Living Fund to arming Saudi head chopping, crucifying Regime, from the dropping of clean energy to the expansion and promotion of Fracking, from the refusal to prosecute known predatory child abusers (in all main parties, and the Churches) to 'protect the state' to imposing intense examination upon primary school children, secondary school children, and ensuring University students emerge from Study in debt, all this in order to put them (and their teachers) under chronic stress.... these are all standard patterns of how Established Power operates to preserve it's position, enhance and project it's power into our lives.

If you are going to take on the system, it's best you know what you are dealing with. Be fearless, be honest, be a mature adult.

We ALL share a responsibility as adults, to each other and to all the children.... that responsibility is inherent, innate, fundamental to our healthy biology. Take it up.

Realism, Idealism, Corbyn and the NeoLiberal's Fear.

The growing awakening of grass roots people, as evidenced by the Bolivarian Revolution, the various Arabian 'springs', the colour 'revolutions', the efforts of Survivors of Institutional Child Abuse, the emergence of Jeremy Corbyn as the voice of those who truly care for other people within the UK Labour party and grass roots, the surge in Green votes in the UK and the increasingly obvious propaganda campaigns of the NeoLiberal media which aims to undermine that awakening, is real.

Here is Zbigniew Brzezinski, past master of covert operations to undermine sovereign Governments whose stance was towards independence from the hegemony of the US/UK State and Corporate power, again admitting that the globalists are in fear of the global awakening .... and current Government and Media policy is geared to assuaging that fear.... by presenting a false picture of history as it happens.
Comment from Jeremy Corbyn at the end of a recent meeting in Brighton "Can we change the way history is taught in schools?"

If you KNOW where you have come from, you have a good idea of where you are going. And by know I mean access to the full data set, the honest truth.

It's realism that brought the benefits to our social system of the NHS, the Welfare system, Free Education, not idealism.

The realities of poverty, of disease, of trauma and the realities of how Power behaves towards the mass of humanity.

The reality is that the healthy human, and the healthy humane society, is caring, nurturing, robust and intelligent and avoids abuse through many measures.

The concept of Political Power over others as an entitlement of a certain class of people, and the 'right of might', is an idea, and it is the imposition of that idea that is the nature of 'idealism', and that that imposition requires coercion, force end effort to be maintained against the healthy human condition says much about it's status and value.

I am a realist, not an idealist.

I prefer to live in the honesty of empathy in action, imperfect as it may occur, rather than submit to the dishonesty of ideology that is imposed from above, which suggests it is aimed at some external idea of 'perfection'.

I am not alone in this.

Realism vs Idealism.

Healthy human behaviour, as mandated by our biology centered around the facts of the child mother bonding process, precludes abusive behaviour, and suggests that a healthy sense of self, based on experienced self empathy which feeds into empathy for others, and is the basis for autonomy and co-operation in intelligent and caring ways that nurture the entire community, as a survival and thrivival evolutionary 'strategy'. Included in this is a robust physical health.

Such a state is the natural baseline, the biological reality of optimal human biological health.

Chronic dysfunctional behaviour is ill-health, a disease state, biologically speaking.

The current dominant civilisational social system is permeated with power dysfunctions, where power to abuse others is the driving force behind the system. It's also true that the stories that such an abusive system sets out as 'human nature' are concepts, ideas rather than an accurate diagnosis.

Thus the imposition of the ideas of this dysfunctional system are the ideal - it is an ideological power system rather than a humane empathic system, and it imposes itself on those human communities that fall under it's control. The system is the idealist, in as much as the system is corrosively enforcing a concept of what it is to be human - those who seek pathways towards healthy human behaviour are the realists.

Jeremy Corbyn, Caroline Lucas and many, many others are not therefore idealists, they are human realists.

They and we tell it like it really is.

David Cameron and George Osborn and Iain Duncan Smith are the idealists, in that they act to impose a concept, and ideology upon society and they ignore the human cost of that imposition.

There's a meme doing the rounds claiming that Clement Atlee brought in the changes that created the NHS, Welfare State, Social Housing, Free Education...

He didn't do it on his own. Millions of UK Citizens, many of whom had fought in the war, or worked in the war at home, saw the sense in these things and got behind the project.

Let me repeat myself. It's important to emphasize this point.

The concept of Political Power over others and the 'right of might' is an idea, and it is the imposition of that idea that is the nature of 'idealism', and that that imposition requires coercion, force end effort to be maintained against the healthy human condition says much about it's status and value.

I am a realist, not an idealist.

I prefer to live in the honesty of empathy in action, imperfect as it may occur, rather than submit to the dishonesty of ideology that is imposed from above, which suggests it is aimed at some external idea of 'perfection'.

I am not alone.

The Dalai Lama, Glastonbury, Greece and the Oligarchies - an historical over view

International politics is way, way, way dirtier than most people understand.... it's violent, it's bloody, 'my enemies enemy is my friend' is the core ethic, as alliances are formed in back room meetings with the most odious characters, and they will abuse anyone and anything in any way to get their way, and the Greater Powers devote a lot of time to manipulating the smaller powers, to intervene in national and local politics....

There is a thread of extreme violence, of murder and torture gangs operating on behalf of the British and American Governments, on the pay roll of these 'elected, democratic' Governments, stretching from the Boer war's infamous concentration camps and counter insurgency, through WWI in Russia, and onto Northern Ireland's 'b' and 'c' specials in the 20s, to the slaughter of Greek nationalists by British forces who deployed and fought alongside Nazi collaborators after the Nazi's left Greece, to Kenya and the Mau Mau 'experience' and counter insurgency, to the use of the same tactics in Vietnam, Indonesia, Equador, Brazil, Chile, South Africa, Angola, Congo, and in Northern Ireland during the recent 'troubles', in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria to this day.

One the the key tools in their toolkit is the instigation and escalation of Lateral Violence, where people under an oppressive regime who feel relatively powerless to alter the situation lash out at others on their own level, in their frustration and carefully inculcated misunderdstanding of the true situation.

Lateral Violence has both a brutal physically violent aspect and a bureaucratic aspect, as the DWP well knows. The adverse behaviour of stressed frontline staff towards disabled, poor and other vulnerable groups is part of this dynamic.

The violence of the BNP/EDL is always targeted at other vulnerable groups, and never at the political power system that is creating the poverty, deprivation that the people who populate such groups are experiencing, for which they blame the immigrants, asylum seekers etc...

The executive branches are all involved in this. Up to their noses in blood. They are not bothered by the stench of death. Their denials roll off their tongues, honeyed by the Official Secrets Act... and other legal instruments that protect them.

So the Dalai Lama has to do what he does - he knows the game.

He is an international traveling salesman, and the product is 'West is good, China is bad, please Free Tibet.'

Publicly he has retired the traditional Dalai Lama position of Political leader of Tibetan people, albeit in exile..

A political position of RULE that has existed since the 5th Dalai Lama, who was as ruthless as George Bush or Genghis Khan. As political RULERS apparently have to be.

Why has he done this? What has changed?

He remains part of the spiritual hierarchy. Fair enough. He talks about a new secularism that accepts the equal validity of all religions, with a hint that Religion ought to stand away from power politics.

However he claims that the violence we see around the world is religious in nature, that it confounds the central tenets of those religions..... when he knows for sure - from direct experience of the Chinese invasion of Tibet, that the violence is always, always about political and commercial power interests competing with each other, quite unrestrained by table manners, in similar fashion to the behaviour of Jackals, Hyenas and Vultures jockeying for prime position at the remains of a corpse of a Wildebeest killed by a Lioness, with David Attenborough fawning over them.

Except that that analogy is unfair to the animals involved, for that these human beings are doing, they do to their own kind.

Intraspecies Predators. Attenborough's fawning 'interview' with Obama was one of the most revealing and disgusting pieces he has ever done. It says more about him, and his class, than the rest of his career.

International Fight Club. Whose first rule is ..... don't talk about International Fight Club. Which is why they hate (and fear) John Pilger, Noam Chomsky et al.

Future political leaders of Tibetan Buddhists may well be secular. That remains to be seen.

And all those of us who HOPE that the executive  level of international politics will change because compassionate charismatic leaders associate with them, that the compassion will rub off on them, are deluded: because unless we, the people,  also take up the confrontation of our own national executives and remove the oligarchies through democratic means, the oligarchs will remain in power. Violence is their area of expertise, and they have NEVER been removed by violence.

And so we, the people, must replace them. and that requires grass roots political organisation that is robust and dedicated to the task and absolutely honest about the situation.

That is what The Power Inquiry was all about. Grass roots political organisation without a hierarchy or executive instructing the grass roots, rather a grass roots informing and instructing itself in political solidarity, through genuinely matured participative Democracy.

And we will still have to deal with  the gangsters, the men of violence. They will not be going away anytime soon.

That's just the bog standard reality, the basic truth here.

The Dalai Lama knows this.

He knows, but does not dare say anything.

Which is WHY he was so .... 'compassionate' towards George Bush, the war criminal, at their shared birthday party.

His comments about education were probably the most radical thing he said in Glastonbury 2015.

Any educational process that strengthens the heart and the mind is probably the core essential in resistance.

In Greece, that education has been largely self education, as the youth accessed the worlds database for themselves over the past 15 years, and fully understand how the IMF fits into this picture of international Power Politics, of bullying and coercion, corruption and graft, bearing in mind that there are still many elders who lived through the British repression of Greek Nationalists after the Nazis left Greece, who saw how the British treated them and how they installed a monarchy and a capitalist elite oligarchy as the new Government. People who are a living witness to the realities of International Politics.

And they are well organised, and they understand that the men of violence must be confronted, by removing the oligarchy through democratic processes. And remember, we must be extra vigilant when it comes to Lateral Violence, which I mentioned earlier.

That same task is what is facing the people of England. It faces me every day.

I cannot avoid it if I am to take my responsibilities towards my grand children, and their children beyond them seriously. No truly mature adult can avoid this task.

Can you?
